  We have been using this facility for years! The service is hands down one of the best establishments that provide top tier customer service! While we were waiting in the car my husband and I discussed this wondering what extensive training these resources go through to provide the level of service they do. Every time it is top tier service. Thank you for setting the bar so high. We will always use their service for all three vehicles. 🚗 🚙 🚘

  Well, well, well… if it isn’t my ops. I got my battery replaced this past August through this Valvoline location and it dies on me a few days ago (within the year… unacceptable). I towed my car to this Valvoline location and Alex told me that it was testing in the yellow (BARELY above the red zone) so he was unable to replace it. UNACCEPTABLE. I had to get my car towed to Mavis on Fairbanks and they were able to determine that my battery was in fact bad and then went across the street to the nearest Valvoline to get me a new battery. If you have any car needs, run far away from Valvoline and RUN don’t walk to Mavis on Fairbanks.

  Got my oil changed Wednesday. July 1st at the DeLainey St. Valvoline. Orlando, Fl The guy who directed me in the bay and asked what service I wanted was so rude!!! I told him I just wanted an oil change, water checked, and air in my tires. He said by law HE HAD TO DO AN 18 point safety check. What???? BY LAW? He said its illegal to drive a car without a safety check! Who is he??? Department of Motor Vehicles Safety Dept? After they put oil in my car. they showed me the dip stick and it wasn't full to the line and he put his finger to the full line and said that's where it WILL be....they are supposed to show me the dip stick showing full!!! He said they will add more oil but never showed me the dip stick showing full. I had custom caps on my tire air stems and they forgot to put one back on.... Then I told them to not tighten the oil cap so tight that I can't open it and that rude guy said we have to tighten as tight as possible for safety reasons!!! I told him NOT to slam my hood closed as the latch is was bent. He said I will close it and then punch it shut!!! I SAID NO!!! Just gently close it. One of they other guys gently closes my hood and RUDE guy walks over and pushes hard on my hood and punches my hood!!!!! After I told him 3 times not to do it!!! Now the latch catch lock iss bent worse!!!! Today Thursday the day after getting my oio changed my oil light came on. NO OIL IN MY CAR!!!! They didn't tighten the oil filter right and all the oil drained out!!!! I have been going to the DeLainey St location for years. Always great service. This time was the WORST Service EVER! I hope my engine doesn't blow from their lack of skills to do an oil change . Pulled over the second my oil light came on. Had it towed to my house as the oil filter not on correctly and can't put oil in it until a new filter is put on correctly and filled with oil again. . Rude guy should be fired AND I want a refund. I will never go back to that location again. Really poor service. REFUND MY MONEY! And if my engine is damaged from no oil you can pay for that too!

  After going to this location for years (11+ yrs) they disappointed me as a customer. I went there recently in May for an oil change. Almost a month after my oil change my neighbor noticed my vehicle had been leaking oil and sent a text with a picture to me to notify me of the leak (I work a lot of hours so it is dark when I leave for work and dark when I come home). I have never had a leak prior to the oil change. By looking at my top engine and filter and under the vehicle I could tell it was coming from the plug gasket area. I contacted them and appreciated they sent their Ast Mgr to my job site to attempt to fix the problem however he told me he didn’t have a jack to raise my vehicle and didn’t have the proper tools. Alex stated the plug was tight and he could see the leak was coming from the plug/gasket area and it looked like the gasket was the issue but he couldn’t change it on my job site due to not having the right tools to do so. I had to call a mobile auto mechanic who verified it was the gasket that should have been changed during my oil change but my gasket appeared to be reused. A gasket is not going to wear out in less than a month which the Valvoline Ast Mgr said maybe it just wore out, I am sorry, but I have never had a gasket wear out less than a month and I have never had an oil leak (I get charged where I live if I have any type of leak that will leave a stain and they have to fix and repair the stained area). My mechanic also notified me I am not the only individual he has recently had to respond to, to repair an issue that was caused by their oil change. I am highly disappointed as a valued customer that has been going to them for years that the manager said he would not assist me because his technician went to my job site and the plug was tight. Yes, the plug was tight but the gasket should have been changed and he couldn’t do it as he stated. For a quick 10 minute fix that even your Ast Mgr said that maybe a new tech was changing my oil and could have made a mistake. For all the money I have given the company in all these years but they couldn’t take 10 minutes at the most to replace my gasket. Even if it wore out in less than a month as he claims it might have (HA) they still could have offered to change out the plug gasket due to early wear.

  I went to Valvoline around 2pm on a Thursday. There was zero wait :) I needed an oil change and also my engine light was on for some reason. My service tech was able to fix that! All the guys there were super nice! Great service. Will recommend.
