Once the manager Eric realized he was asleep he asked all the mechanics to lower their voices to avoid waking my son! They did my oil change in 10 minutes and kept my son asleep the whole time. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this team absolutely deserves a shout out!

- KAKari AloupisAug 18, 20263.0I've been going to THIS Valvoline for many, many years & always have had a positive outcome BUT this time I felt like I did NOT matter because I did NOT do any extra upgrades that they were trying to sell me. After the guy tried to sell me some packages and I refused he went over to his Mgr & told him he tried but I refused, then the Mgr said a few words that I couldn't hear, shrugged his shoulders & walked away. I asked if they could check the tire pressure in my tires and when I asked were they low, the (I think girl) shrugged her shoulders & said she didn't know, she claimed she filled the tires but I don't think she did i think she lied! I don't know if they filled the tires when the other guy was talking to me. I didn't feel very welcoming this time & I don't know if I'll go back. I like this location but I don't want to feel like that again. Just because I didn't take them up on their offers, doesn't mean anything. They don't know my financial situation & they shouldn't assume, I should dish out thousands of dollars to make their pockets fatter and mine skinny & I was in a hurry. I MIGHT give them 1 more try or not but you might want to talk to them & explain just because they offer it doesn't mean people have you accept it & it damn sure doesn't mean they get to treat people any different just because we say NO THANK YOU!!
