Still proceeds to harass me for “ recommended stuff I didn’t ask for. Said he’d check my a/c and never did ! Prob cause I said no to his recommendations. Do not come here it is a constant harassment when valvoline guys think they’re mechanics !

My issue is with the company recommending another oil change only 3000 miles after a full synthetic change. A full synthetic oil change should last 7500-10,000 miles. This mean if you listen to their recommendation your paying for two oil changes 1500 miles before you should have one done. This is a predatory and dishonest practice.

Told Raul this and he asked manager and he came back to me and gave me this “we just increased out price”. Then, tells me he can do 15% off discount to make it right, Raul’s manager comes back and tells me No, he can’t make it right. They just raised their prices and that’s what it is. So you’re going to lose a customer over a few dollars. Cool. Rikers and Zilgore automotive are both near half of theee guys. And have been around forever, just have to make an appointment which I wasn’t able to do. So, moral of the story… pops my hood and tells me he can’t give me a discount. Which is stupid. Can’t tell me if he has a drain plug. And will honor the price that his own corporate call center stated it would be. Nope
