  I came in for an oil change and Fernando, Okmos and Obed were nice and attitude free. The one that wears the pink or red lenses in his glasses, I feel like he went above and beyond by fixing my glove compartment that was hanging off and not just fixing it, but telling me how to fix it myself. I have a lot of respect for that kind of kindness so I will be back. Thank you guys for the great service.

  Quick and easy stop went for air in my tires ended of needing oil in my car so I did that. The customer service was amazing.

  Kirkman location is not a good location! My invoice has two items checked as needed. Checked my air filter needed to be changed but they never showed me the air filter. That's a lie because I had it replaced two weeks ago. Said my cabin filter needed to be replaced. That's a lie it was also replaced 2 weeks ago. Said my battery power was weak and needed to be replaced. That's also a lie. Has my battery tested and it's perfectly fine! I'm not knocking other locations because the one in Ocoee off Clark Rd is great. From now on I'll go there or back to the dealership. Kirkman Rd location needs to be retrained. It's giving scam vibes!

  Jean was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Valvoline location because of the excellent service Jean provided. Highly recommend!
