I hate doing these, but I read a lot of these to judge locations as to whether they’re gonna get my business or not so here it goes. Yesterday on June 3, I came to this location around 4:35pm to get an oil change all their bays were filled and one vehicle waiting and ME. Had a funny exchange with the Manager on duty that day by the name Glo. So I got into the middle Bay they scanned my door, confirmed who I was got my mileage asked me what service I wanted to do, and when I noticed the increased price of the oil change and even with an applied coupon was ridiculously overpriced so I apologize and told him no I’m just gonna go to their competitors down the street which is cheaper while he directs me out, I turn on my vehicle, then Someone screams from under the my car in the bay and he tells me to turn off my car and then I hear him having a conversation with the person under my vehicle asking him as to why he’s there and No one told him to be there and No one told him to do that so I asked him is everything good? Did you do anything and he said no we didn’t do nothing and Give them one sec then he tells me to turn my vehicle on and direct me out. So just for content I drive for a living over 300 miles a day and I check my oil every morning on the morning of the second my dipstick was at the first hashtag, indicating where you could probably put a quarter of a quart of oil and if that, but I didn’t because I already knew I had to do an oil change that’s when I came in on the June 3, well this morning, I checked my oil again and my dipstick haves little to no oil which don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t indicate that my oil pan was dry, but it indicates that there was a lease 2 quarts of oil removed from my vehicle so I called this morning this location and I got the automated system and spoke to some operator. She heard the concern in my Voice asked me what happened. I told her she took it upon herself to escalated to the complaints department Customer Care Team. I just wanted to speak to the manager to find out what the heck how they gonna send me out with removing oil from my vehicle and not putting them back but they give me a complaint number and they tell me do not go buy oil go back to the location so they can document it because they have cameras everywhere and they were gonna find out who did this, well I got here today. Gio was not on duty. It was a Manager by the name of Albert gave him the complaint number told him what happened. He was furious, I would’ve gave them at least a three stars for a review by correcting their era, but they literally wanted to give me a discounted price for an oil change as reciprocation for the Mistake. I Told him no that it’s OK. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m still furious that someone would take oil of a vehicle and allow that vehicle to leave without putting that oil back in what if my engine would’ve blown that’s a $10,000 replacement, if that and they wanna give me a discounted rate on an oil change to rectify the Situation. That’s where I say this is disgusting. You will no longer ever get my money and anybody, I know coming here I will tell them go someplace else and if they did come here, check their oil in to make sure they didn’t get screwed over.
