  Today I was lost in the world. I didn’t know where I was gonna go to go get my oil changed, but then I went online and I found a coupon for Valvoline so I can go get my oil changed. I pulled in and immediately was greeted warmly by Dom and Aiden. Both of them guided me through getting the proper oil change. They topped off all of my fluids and made me feel extremely comfortable during my entire experience personally, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere in the entire city of Orlando, Florida, but to GJ5 Valvoline on Orange Bomb Trail, thank you so much to Dom for being the amazing angel that he is thank you so much to Aiden for being the hard worker that he is and I will never go anywhere else to get my oil changed again thank you so much to the entire team

  DO NOT BUY A BATTERY HERE. The customer service is always great, but the corporate policy for battery replacment is a joke. After calling customer service, they said my battery was still within warrenty, but you have to bring it IN THE CAR they installed it in. I asked how am I supposed to use the battery to get there if it is dead, she said "just try to jump it I guess". She also confirmed they wont just test the battery on its own it has to be in the car.

  Tried to upsell a battery. Told me they wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t make it out of there. Said they wouldn’t test it again because it’s so low. Just purchased a new battery in February from Oreilys. Went to have it checked there immediately after. Perfectly healthy. I will not be back.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Ariel, Aydan, and Juan were amazing! They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The service was quick and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this team!

  I took my 2019 honda odyssey in for oil change and air filter replacement on Wednesday, August 19 around 5pm. After I left the place, my car stalled at red light and bunch of warnings light were on. I was able to restart the car drove home to find out that the air intake hose was ripped during the air filter replacement. On top of that, 2 plastic retaining clips were sitting on top of my engine. Now my car is undriveable. Horrible experience !!
