Conversation between coworkers was more interesting than the costumer. I’m a regular costumer of Valvoline, because the 18 points of inspection and good costumer service, I already did transmission service, injectors cleaning, filters, radiator flux and others. But lately they going down and down on costumer service. Even my wife noticed this time. I was planing to schedule some services but Not even 18 points inspection, no check or offer service. At the end he mentioned hey you need to clean your injectors and when I questioned that I change my oil with valvoline every 3k and always use a good gas, and just cleaned less than 12k miles he said well you need again. Now I know why the store was without clients. I always received my invoice online and ask for a survey, this time not even that. You know what they say pay cheap get a cheap service. I won’t be back.

I’ve come to this Valvoline at least twice before with two different cars. The people have always been cool, but this time it felt very different.
I came at a Saturday morning, so it was a little busy for context (one car behind each bay). A guy named Hector came to help me and I can already tell he seemed off. He didn’t ask to open my door, he just opened it. He didn’t ask me what oil I wanted, he just gave me synthetic. And when I showed him a coupon I got online, he shook his head and didn’t talk to me at all afterwards.
There was a guy named Luis that was helping me out, and I recognized him from before. Every time he’s helped me, it’s been cordial and chill. This time it was so offputting and neglectful that I genuinely don’t want to come back.
I don’t expect five star service out of a place that focuses on quick service. Plus, it was a Saturday morning so understandably they’re going a little faster. At least do the bare minimum and ask if you can open someone’s car door or ask what oil I prefer since I’m the one paying. I’m sticking with the Winter Park location.

Geffrard is fantastic! However, I believe the battery diagnostic tool requires calibration. During my last visit, they informed me that your battery and alternator had issues, and the same problem persists this time.
On a positive note, I visited Jiffy Lube, and they confirmed that your battery is in excellent condition, providing me with a receipt as proof. This issue seems unrelated to the service providers but rather to the company responsible for it. It raises concerns about whether this is a deliberate strategy to make customers spend more money.
The best part of the experience was the servicer — he was friendly, nice, helped me find dinner lol and also he made sure that I was placed in line first as I was sitting there for a while and the other cars tried to speed past me but he called them out on it.
