  I needed my tire repaired (nail in the tire). They squeezed me in and got it fixed same day. I think I was only there about an hour.

  They fit me in for oil change and tire rotation same day. They also kindly provided a ride home since I came alone. Courteous service and prices were reasonable with no pressure or upselling! I’ll keep returning.

  Quick efficient repair and great experience. I was worried I would have issue getting to and from the repair establishment. I was offered complimentary ride service to get me back to the store from my home because I was within a reasonable distance. Now thats FIRST class. Thank you to the amazing service coordinator Frank that helped me the whole way through the experience. My car has not driven this smooth since I first took it off the dealership lot. I am definitely a continuing customer at Tuffy's going forward.

  I have been going to Tuffy on Colonial in East Orlando for about 22 years now & they have serviced all of my vehicles. I am always confident that no matter the issue, they will do their best to correct it. Everyone there is kind, considerate & professional. I can't speak for all the other locations, although I did try one other & ended up going back to colonial. As long as the service level remains top notch, I'm staying.
