  This was our first experience with Tuffy and they were absolutely amazing and provided an excellent customer experience. Bryan took the time to go through our cars diagnostic results, recommended repairs, next steps, etc. They assisted us throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend Tuffy's to everyone in the Orlando area. Frank was also very helpful. Go there! Ask for Bryan!!! Amazing Team. Thank you!!!

  My experience was fine with the exception that I was quoted 49.99 service charge on the phone. But when I walked in, the person on the desk said it would cost 65.00. I did not dispute it because I was there and I needed my AC looked at . It was 90 degrees out and the AC wasn't working. Anyway, the problem was diagnosed .
