  Avoid this shop if you value your car and your money. I brought my car in for an alternator replacement, and after the repair it developed a severe vibration that it never had before. Instead of taking responsibility or finding the actual cause, I was given different explanations and asked to pay for even more repairs. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars, only to leave with a vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it in. The lack of accountability, inconsistent diagnostics, and poor customer service made this one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I trusted them with my car, and I regret it. If you don’t want to risk paying a lot of money and leaving with new problems, I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.

  Amazing customer service. Raymond and Gabriel helped me with a last‑minute brake light emergency and had me in and out in no time. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating, and I’ll definitely be back.

  I would not recommend Tuffy's services. In my experience, I was significantly overcharged, and the quality of the alignment was extremely disappointing. After paying for the service, my vehicle still had alignment issues, leaving me to question whether the work was performed correctly. I expected a professional alignment and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I received neither. I ended up having to seek additional repairs elsewhere to correct the problem. If you're looking for a quality wheel alignment, I recommend considering another shop. Based on my experience, this was one of the worst places I've taken a vehicle for an alignment.

  Got an oil change, wheel alignment and was able to order a replacement donut tire to fit my car. The donut replacement arrived later the same day. The pricing was quite reasonable.
