  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience. I used to love this car wash, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. Brandon was especially disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.

  BEWARE Awful business ethic! They have damaged multiple vehicles here and they don’t take responsibility of anything. This car wash will cost you way more than a membership, stay away if you value your car

  Stay away from this place. They don’t take responsibilities of any damage that happens INSIDE of their car wash machine even when it's their responsibility for malfunction of the machines and keep rolling a vehicle when there’s still another one inside. I saw a car crash INSIDE of the machine and on a different day that I went to wash my car the owner of one of the affected vehicles was complaining and trying to get his car fixed and they were denying to give him insurance information and saying they won’t take responsibility!!! Crazy how a business can operate like that. Definitely just cancelling my membership, glad it wasn’t me the one having this headaches but I can’t tolerate this type of business.

  I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Edwin at the Tommy Express Car Wash located on Narcoossee Rd and Golden Rd in Orlando, FL. From the very beginning, he was professional, attentive, and respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and kindly, which made the experience even better. I also noticed that he treated other customers around me with the same level of care and respect. Edwin stayed attentive to the area, making sure everything was clean, organized, and safe for everyone to enjoy the service. I truly commend Edwin for his outstanding work and positive attitude. I wish all car washes in Orlando provided an experience like the one I had here. Thank you, Edwin, and I encourage you to keep up the great work. God bless you! Desde el primer momento fue muy profesional, atento y respetuoso. Se tomó el tiempo de responder todas mis preguntas con claridad y amabilidad, lo cual hizo la experiencia mucho más agradable. Además, pude notar que no solo conmigo fue así, sino también con otros clientes alrededor.   Great experience at Tony’s Express Car Wash! Kaysaan was very nice, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. He made sure everything was done right and took the time to help, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt smooth and easy. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to great service!
