  Trim piece completely fell off even though it wasn’t loose or anything while on the wash. Manager came out and we filled out a claim and assured me someone was going to call me. We will see how this goes. ***Update*** Unfortunately it went exactly as I thought it would. Someone called me 2 days later and told me they were not responsible for damages of loose/missing parts. He described it as loose before I got in. Question…if it was loose and coming off surely before I paid at the counter they would’ve pointed that out especially since it was on the driver side, clear as day. But let’s just assume that it was a little loose…it still happened while at your place of business in your car wash…I don’t need a whole brand new car, just fix it, it’s literally a trim piece thats not broken or anything probably costs $100 or less to install back on. Turns a bad review into a good one, and gives you future customers more confidence to keep coming. Just saying.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I will never come back to Tommy’s Car Wash after the way I was treated. The customer service was unbelievably bad, and the employee named Kaysaan made the entire experience worse. He was rude, disrespectful, and acted like helping customers was a burden. Instead of treating people with basic courtesy, he had an attitude from the moment I spoke to him. To make matters worse, the car wash itself didn’t even do a good job. My vehicle still had dirt and streaks on it, and no one seemed interested in fixing the problem. Between the poor quality wash and the awful customer service, this place isn’t worth the money. There are plenty of other car washes that actually value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

  I love this car wash. I moved a few years back and I always travel to this location. Today I was vacuuming my car and Safa was such a great help. Not only did she offer car air fresheners, she also was informing me about wet and dry towels they have available after a car wash that I wasn’t aware of. I always highly recommend my friends and family to come to this location.
