I called about a screw in my tire that wasn’t leaking air. They told me to come right in to take care of it. As soon as I walked through the door Patrick greeted me with a smile, took my keys and got right to it. No wait for help. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service from Patrick at Tire Choice. He took the time to explain everything clearly, went over all the pricing and options thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The final price actually came out lower than several other places I had checked, and I was able to upgrade to a higher-quality tire at a very competitive price. Patrick even walked me out to the vehicle and went over the tire options and recommendations with me directly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Excellent experience at Tire Choice. Patrick provided exactly the kind of customer service you hope to get when dealing with an automotive shop. Highly recommended.

Huge thanks to Richard for taking such great care of me! He checked my tires, caught an issue with my tire sensor, and helped me understand all the notifications on my car. The service was fast — same day — and the price was amazing. I've been coming here for years and every time I leave raving about the experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst experience ever go in for a tire patch then to find out they slashed my tire trying to take off of rim to then tell me they can get me a new tire that will come in by 12pm for $700 then to proceed to wait for 6 hours with no updates on when or where the new tire will finally arrive. I feel like I should have not had paid for a brand new tire when it was their fault for slashing the tire when trying to take it off, the rim unexperienced and poor judgment cost me money that I should have not spent the least that they could’ve done was pay for half for their mistake
