After having my car worked on for 90 minutes to get an oil change and getting a full write up of all the things I “needed” to get done. I leave to only get a call 5 minutes later to learn that I needed to come back to the shop because the mechanic forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my tires! I could’ve gotten into an accident because of that negligence! The merchant was apologetic. In exchange for the error and inconvenience I asked for wipers on the house. The mechanic offered to pay for it but the manager Anwan turned down his offer and instead offered me a 10% discount on my next oil change. Really?! Don’t waste your time here.

Came in for an engine diagnostic mainly to see if the check engine code I had was accurate. Left the car for a few hours. When I called for status they basically said the code was correct and quoted a price to fix. The price they quoted was much higher than other quotes I had previously received. However when I stated that it was high, they mentioned they could price match other shops estimates. So I then told them I would call right back. When I called back, I asked if there was a number or email I could forward the estimate I received from another shop to. The store mgr then says it’s needs to be printed out and cannot be texted or emailed. I found this odd because other shops don’t have this issue and are in the 21st century but I guess this shop is stuck in the Stone Age and needs things written on paper or napkins. Anyways when I explained that my car is there with them and I would need my car to go to the other shop to get a printed estimate, the store manager then suggested we can give you your car back so you can go get it. Which is completely illogical. Why would I get my car back to get a printed estimate from another reputable chain shop for cheaper and then drive back to you, when I could just give the other shop the business. I guess the store manager either hadn’t thought this through or is terrible at earning business. So long story short I went to pick up my car. To make it worse, when I got there I show the emailed pdf estimate to the guy and then he starts trying to make an argument for part quality and how they get better quality parts which is why their prices (parts/labor) is significantly more expensive. Then tries to imply “some people don’t want quality parts on their car”, mind you the car in this case is over 15 years old. Then after all that, the guy gave me the key to the wrong car. I then had to tell him “these aren’t my keys” and then had to go find my keys. All that talk of quality and can’t even keep track of the right keys. Talk about embarrassing. Thankfully I didn’t proceed with the job and left. Customer service seems to have a long way to go here. It kinda explains why this place never seems crowded or busy compared to some of the other shops in the area.
