    I wish I could give them a ZERO star rating. I am disgusted by how this business operates. I called and spoke with a gentleman during the week of 5/11. He quoted me $75 total — $25 to remove the rear passenger window tint and $50 to install new tint on that same window. He scheduled my appointment for Friday 5/15 at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, I missed the appointment. When I called back today and spoke with the manager, I explained the situation. He immediately told me the original quote was “incorrect” and now wanted to charge me $140 — almost double the price I was originally given. When I asked why they would not honor the quoted price, he responded by saying I didn’t even know who I spoke with. I explained that although I did not remember the employee’s name, the appointment should still be in their system. He claimed there was no appointment under my name or phone number. I then asked him to check for a Friday 5:00 PM appointment using my vehicle’s make and model, and he still claimed there was nothing there. I do not believe he was being honest. It felt like they simply did not want to honor the original quote. The interaction was extremely unprofessional and rude, and the manager showed no concern for customer service or accountability. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    We took our brand new 2026 Jeep Compass (under 600 miles) in for window tinting, after being referred to this shop by a well-known content creator. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. At first, we only planned to tint the windows, but the sales associate, Jack, recommended adding a clear UV tint to the front as well. We agreed and waited while the work was completed. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we immediately noticed issues. The A-pillar was not reinstalled correctly, and a piece of plastic was left on the ground inside the driver side floor. After pointing it out to Jack, the vehicle was taken back in and “fixed.” Shortly after, while inspecting the interior again before leaving, we noticed multiple wet-looking spots on the dashboard that weren’t there when we dropped the car off. We thought it was just soap and water residue. When we raised this concern, it was dismissed and blamed on lighting and material texture rather than being taken seriously. Turns out they were all scratch marks. We also later discovered multiple small broken plastic pieces scattered throughout the interior, which raised even more concern about how the vehicle was handled. When we pushed back, one staff member became especially dismissive (he has a red beard) and unprofessional, implying that without “proof” the issue couldn’t be attributed to them. Since he wanted proof I showed time-stamped photos of my interior before service. Even then, I was told photos “don’t always capture everything,” which felt like an attempt to avoid accountability rather than address the concern. My partner also expressed frustration and was told to “calm down” and that it “wasn’t that serious,” which was completely inappropriate given we were dealing with damage to a brand new vehicle. I feel extremely regretful for even driving to a far tinting shop because it was recommended and for getting the front windshield even tinted. In the end, they refunded the tint service but insisted on leaving the tint on the vehicle even though we requested it be removed. A refund does not resolve the damage or stress caused, especially on a brand new car. Overall, the lack of professionalism, dismissive attitude, and refusal to take responsibility made this a very disappointing experience. I would not trust this shop with a new vehicle again.

    I can say that I don't give five stars for any reviews except when deserved. I can find no fault with my whole experience. James gave me an estimate and let me know that he has done quite a few install on Tundras in the past and that was what I wanted to hear. 90% percent of the work is not visible, so I wanted to make sure that the installer knew his stuff. I wanted a clean and tidy install with no rattles and left over screws or hardware. That is what I got. It is greatly appreciated. Also appreciated was the great communication. I got phone calls and texts about my appointment before and after the installation. Too many businesses drop the ball on this. System sound great and looks great. So glad that made the decision to upgrade and do it with Tint World. Thanks.
