  Be aware of the fuel scam here. They make you pay for full tank before taking the vehicle if you choose the paying options even if you get to use less than half tank. If you insist on refuelling yourself even if the tank is almost full when you return it they will still charge you for more than full tank with some jargons as long as it is not 100% filled. You will pay for extra fuel even if you don’t use it.

  I booked a 7-passenger vehicle through Expedia for our family trip to Orlando and arrived a bit later than scheduled. From the moment I reached the counter, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The agent immediately told me there was an issue with the car I had reserved because of a soccer game. When I explained that I had paid for a specific rental and needed a car, he questioned how many people would be in the vehicle (even though I had booked for seven). He then tried to upsell me three separate times. He also claimed that the insurance I had already purchased through Expedia “didn’t really exist.” On top of that, he claimed he couldn’t use the credit card I had on file for the deposit, saying it wasn’t possible because it was a third-party booking — something I’ve never experienced with Enterprise or other major rental companies. After waiting nearly an hour, we were finally assigned a car and directed upstairs. My three young children and mother-in-law had to wait with me in a 100° parking garage for another full hour with no updates. Another staff member eventually glanced at our paperwork and casually pointed out that the car was parked right there the whole time. There were no apologies, no assistance with our bags, and no help starting the vehicle or checking us in properly. The entire process was disorganized, rude, and disrespectful of a family that had already paid in full. In addition to that sold me a toll package that I didn’t even end up using maybe to leave the airport to come back but $14 a day for six days was ridiculous. I drove 139 miles. I will never rent from Sixt again and strongly recommend others avoid them, especially when traveling with children or booking through third parties. Extremely disappointing service at the Orlando location.

  Pick up my Rental today and Juan and Luis were the best! They helped me get a great car for a special weekend trip to Orlando to celebrate my brother's birthday. Their customer service was outstanding, friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to help. Thanks to them, our trip started off perfectly. I highly recommend Sixt on international Drive and especially Juan and Luis for their excellent service!

  Hired a BMW from this place and the whole experience was brilliant from booking to drop off I checked in online and my car was ready for me within 5 minutes of arriving. They also had an overnight drop off box for the keys so I didn't need to wait until the morning to drop the car off
