- NDNathan DiamondMay 12, 20261.0Absolutely awful! STAY AWAY. I noticed damage and was told that it’s not a problem. Luckily I took photos with the time stamp. After returning a received an email stating that there was damage and to get my insurance involved. I called their support many times each time passing my to someone else or saying to call later. Their offshore support doesn’t have the ability to provide contact information. I ask the front desk and I am told to call support. I have had to call over 6 times and still have not gotten any help. I have had to spend so much time on my vacation and lost time with my family because of all of this. There is a reason the rental was cheap, as this experience and customer service has been abysmal and is very much starting to seem like a scam. Awful, awful,awful!

Her infectious attitude made the experience a delight.. she was extremely professional and personable.. A++ on customer service!... Not to mention, the car was fantastic!

The waiting time to get your car was literally 2 minutes (after being told it would be about 20-25 minutes) it was excellent. Shoutout Gabriel, the front desk worker! Great guy.

One of the agents, Chatir (I believe), was especially wonderful he was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Truly a sweetheart and very professional. Overall, a really positive rental experience. We’d definitely rent from SIXT again!
