  The quality of the vehicles at SIXT is great, and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time\. Unfortunately, my experience with the company has become extremely frustrating\. It seems like **almost every time I return a vehicle, I’m contacted about alleged “new damages” that I know I did not cause\.** At this point, it feels like a recurring issue and honestly feels like a scam\. I take care of the vehicles I rent, and having to constantly defend myself against damage claims is exhausting and unacceptable\. I rent from SIXT regularly, but I’m honestly fed up with dealing with this nonsense every month\. I’m now seriously considering finding another rental car company because loyalty should mean something, and customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly worry about being blamed for damages they didn’t cause. I do want to give credit where it’s due: The manager Roxanna has always been great and deserves recognition for her customer service. Unfortunately, one great employee can’t make up for a recurring issue with the overall rental experience. SIXT has great\-quality cars, but the damage\-claim situation needs to be addressed\. I’m a loyal customer, and I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being taken advantage of every time I return a vehicle\.

  If I could leave a -5 stars I would. Renters beware they will try to scam you on a previously existing scratch. I received a damage report two hours after dropping off claiming a scratch on the left front bumper. They are charging $1950 For a scratch. They only give you 2 1/2 weeks to make a payment otherwise it will go into collections. In the meantime, I have been sending proof because I always take pictures when I pick up the cars with dated and timestamp pictures sent to Sixt damage claims dept Showing at time of pick up the same scratch, they’re trying to swindle me out of. The response time has been atrocious. I really feel for anyone who doesn’t take pictures because this type of behavior is very predatory. Do not rent from this place, full of scammers. I will never rent from Sixt ever again in my life. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will make it my life’s work so that more people hear about this and not rent from you.

  Big mistake returning the car at this location. The front desk staff was nice, but the woman inspecting the car took forever and checked every little thing. She was wearing a cleaning company uniform, went around the whole car, opened every door, and even used her finger to rub marks to see if they were dirt or damage. She even checked the door seals for tiny white marks that looked like water or car wash residue. It honestly felt more like I was selling them a used car than returning a rental. She even asked if I took pictures when I picked it up… who takes pictures of the inside of every door and the door seals? I got worried about being charged for something later, so I changed the return location to the airport. I’ve returned SIXT cars at other locations and never had an issue like this. What a waste of time.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an AMAZING experience with SIXT at the Orlando/Crowne Plaza Hotel location! Sean and Melissa were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They made the entire rental process easy, smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Their customer service was top-notch. They were both friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the best experience possible. To make things even better, they surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a truck, which I truly appreciated! Sean and Melissa make a GREAT team. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I walked away extremely satisfied with my rental. This is exactly how customer service should be. As long as Sean and Melissa are there, SIXT will definitely have me as a returning customer. They deserve recognition for the way they treat customers and represent the company. Thank you again, Sean and Melissa! You both made what could have been a stressful process completely smooth and easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Excellent customer service from start to finish. The team made the entire experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. I also really appreciated the great selection and quality vehicles. The customer interface was intuitive and efficient, making everything from booking to managing the rental feel seamless. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely rent with SIXT again. When renting, always remember to do a walkthrough for damages, there is a bar code on the rental paperwork for this. I had no damages or issues and the team was forward with everything but it’s a good practice.
