  Víctor is not helpful at all and made this process extremely complicated unnecessarily. This location is not recommended if you appreciate customer service and time is of the essence. Rude!

  Misleading Reservation, Different Vehicle Provided, and Excessive Toll Charges. My experience with this car rental company was very disappointing and far below expectations. At the time of booking, my reservation clearly stated that I would receive a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was given a car that was not a hybrid, which was inconsistent with the terms of the reservation. In addition, the vehicle had more than 50,000 miles on it, showing significant wear and tear and falling well short of the standard I expected when booking this category of vehicle. Another major issue was the toll program. The company charges a daily toll service fee that is substantially higher than the actual toll costs typically charged on roads in the Orlando area. This results in customers paying an excessive amount for a service that lacks transparency regarding its true cost. Finally, as is common with many rental companies, the representative at the counter attempted to sell me additional insurance coverage. This occurred even after I clearly provided evidence that I already had valid insurance coverage through my existing policies. The continued sales pressure was unnecessary and made the pickup process uncomfortable. In summary, I am dissatisfied with the fact that the vehicle provided did not match the one I had reserved, the condition and mileage of the car, the excessive toll-related charges, and the persistent attempts to sell additional products despite my existing coverage. I expected greater transparency, respect for the reservation agreement, and a service experience consistent with what was advertised.

  Family vacation nightmare, turned positive because of SIXT rentals! After originally booking with FOX rentals and having a horrible experience, we came to SIXT last minute...and they pulled through for us! A beautiful BMW that was spotless and clean. Sleek ride, with all the bells and whistles. Friendliest staff, supportive and so willing to make things right for us! Thank you SIXT! We will definatley make you or first and only pick next time.

  I had an outstanding experience with SIXT at the Hyatt Regency Lake Buena Vista location and wanted to recognize Sean for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth. There was clear signage directing customers where to go, and I was able to pick up my reserved GMC Acadia without any issues. Shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I realized it unfortunately wasn't going to work for my family's needs. I have four children, multiple car seats, and a significant amount of luggage, and with the Acadia's bucket seats, there simply wasn't enough room. I returned to the counter and explained the situation to Sean. Rather than simply telling me there were no other options, he immediately went above and beyond. He called other SIXT locations to check their inventory, offered several recommendations, and was prepared to help me exchange the vehicle at another branch if needed. Before I left, Sean remembered there was a GMC Yukon available on-site. He personally showed me the vehicle and we confirmed it would comfortably accommodate our entire family and luggage. Sean then worked with another associate, who was equally outstanding, to upgrade my reservation and get everything taken care of. Although the Yukon took a little extra time to be detailed, it was in excellent condition when I drove away. The wait was absolutely worth it. Sean's dedication, professionalism, and willingness to find a solution completely changed what could have been a very stressful start to our vacation. Instead, our trip got off to a great start thanks to his outstanding customer service. I also want to recognize the other associate who assisted with the upgrade. Both employees were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my family had the right vehicle for our needs. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Sean truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Because of this experience, I will absolutely rent from SIXT again and would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Thank you for making the start of our family vacation such a positive experience!
