  F Safelite. These fools lying to people. First, they make you believe there mobile service is convenient. Total BS. Their techs don't even bother trying to recalibrate but make you think they did. They then make you end up having to bring the car in same day. I get there and am forced to reschedule a week later. Second, if you're 15 min late to an appointment you shouldn't have had in the first place thanks to their scam, they force you to reschedule. Too bad for you, you were late. I even offered to leave the car there so they can get to it whenever they can and come back for it. No rush. Nope, you were late. But of course, the techs and the front office staff can be late. No problem. On the day of my appointment, I show up at 8:15am, they open at 8:00am. Guess who waltz in late...the same person who told me I was late. F Safelite. Never again.

  My technician, Oscar, was very helpful throughout the entire experience, and was quick with the repairs. I had called for a windshield replacement, and he was done in no time! He also helped ensured I’d receive top quality service. Highly recommend!

  The technician who came to my house from Safelite was friendly, professional, and did a great job replacing my windshield. No complaints whatsoever about the tech himself. Likewise, the customer service agent at the Safelite location was friendly and helpful during the calibration visit. What was disappointing — and honestly somewhat absurd — was the overall process. Safelite came to my house to replace the windshield, but then informed me they could not calibrate my vehicle’s safety system onsite. So after waiting around my house during a 5-hour appointment window for the convenience of “mobile service,” I still had to drive to the Safelite location and wait again for the calibration to be completed. In total, my windshield replacement ended up costing me more than 8 hours of my time. That completely defeats the purpose of having someone come to your house in the first place. At this point, I’d love for one of Safelite’s executives to sit in a room and stare at a wall for 8 hours just to fully appreciate the customer experience they created here. This feels like a textbook example of how large companies and their executives lose sight of customer needs — designing processes that may work operationally on paper while completely ignoring the real-world inconvenience placed on the customer. If calibration is commonly required for modern vehicles, set expectations upfront or coordinate the service so customers aren’t effectively forced into two separate appointments. Great technician. Friendly staff. Broken process.

  Very satisfied customer! So easy to make an appointment and the technician Cody was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to me and the fact that they came to me was really appreciated. The job was quick and well done. I would definitely recommend.

  Start with the good. Process was amazing and easy. Just drop the car off and the Azalea Park location(Closer to work on a work day) replaced my windshield same day at their location. The bad, the windshield was not fully sealed because there was a whistling when driving on the highway which had me worried. If air is getting in then water would get in also. So I let Safelite know and brought it to the Kissimmee location(closer to home on a weekend). Again, dropped the car off no problem Saturday morning as instructed and was told I would get updates. Here I am on Sunday, they are closed, never got and update and I have work on Monday. Other little notes from install. The car could have been wiped down better because there was little shards from the install all over the dashboard. The windshield was installed off center. You could see about a 1/4" more black strip on the left side compared to the right. They installed a significantly cheaper windshield that has a blue tint to it in the light which the original did not but I doubt I can really do anything about that since free is free 🤷‍♂️.
