  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Juan Contreras! I had an excellent experience with Juan Contreras from Safelite when he came to my home on August 24th to replace the windshield on my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. From beginning to end, Juan provided truly outstanding service. He was punctual, extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He took the time to explain the process, answered my questions, and completed the windshield replacement with great care and attention to detail. Having the service performed right at my home was incredibly convenient, and Juan made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It is refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and customer service. Juan is an excellent representative of Safelite and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and in treating customers well.   Fair warning they will waste your time: Neglected to tell me if I have after market tires they won't replace my Tacoma windshield. Complete waste of my time when they could have simply told me that before my appointment. 16 inch rims, not lifted. Just off road tires that sit a a whole 1 inch higher. Update: Safelite has sold or given away my information to a 3rd party who is now relentlessly calling me to be party to replacing my windshield.

  Technician, Isael, did a quick job of sealing up the small crack in my windshield. He called to let me know he was on his way. It was pouring rain outside but I left my car in the garage for him and he pulled right up to it and worked on it. He sealed the small crack in no time. No complaints. Lifetime warranty. This is the second time I’ve used Safelite with my insurance with two different vehicles. First vehicle windshield needed to be fully replaced. This was the first time I utilized them coming directly to my home for this small repair.

  Brand new 2026 vehicle caught a rock on the Interstate drive home from the dealership, was referred to SAFELITE in Orlando by insurance company. Professional job, windshield expertly installed, no problems there, but my Dash cam was left sitting on the center console. I can understand that reattaching the Dash cam right after installation is not recommended but about a week later SAFELITE emailed me a “Certificate of Recalibration” stating that the Dash cam had been serviced - I don’t work in auto glass replacement but is leaving an unattached Dash cam sitting on the center console obviously defined as recalibration? But my major complaint is that the SD-card that I bought separately and input into my Dash-cam was stolen leaving the Dash-cam unable to record or be used with the associated app. Maybe stick to windshields and glass issues and leave Dash-cams alone? I’d rather still have my SD-card than a bogus Certificate of Recalibration!
