  The Safelite technician who replaced the windshield in our Honda CRV did an excellent job. He was courteous as well as totally knowledgeable about his task. He worked diligently and never let up even though he was outside in the heat performing the replacement. He answered any questions that were presented and demonstrated his abundant knowledge of the task he was performing.

  Got here for my windshield to be replaced after 2 hours of it being there they expressed they don’t have the glass what a waste of time and gas

  I scheduled a mobile appointment and received a confirmation email confirming the date and time. When I scheduled the appointment, I also confirmed that payment could be made directly to the service technician upon completion of the service. Before the appointment, I was notified that it had been canceled. I called customer service to find out what happened. They initially had a difficult time reaching the shop, but when they finally got through, they were told my appointment had never been confirmed. I explained that I had received a confirmation email, and the customer service representative was able to verify the confirmation in their system. They then made multiple attempts to contact the shop to see if my original appointment time could be reinstated, but no one answered the phone. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I took the time to schedule the appointment, confirmed the payment arrangement in advance, received a confirmation email, and still had the appointment canceled. The lack of communication and inability to reach the shop made the experience even more disappointing.

  Amazing! Quick, smooth and easy process! From booking, to availability, to the actual job, every part was handled! Great staff and great price! Very convenient not having to take time out of your day and driver somewhere to get your windshield (in my case) replaced! This is why they are the best!!! -2012 Volkswagen Jetta

  I had a positive impression of your workers, but I observed them exceeding the speed limit in residential areas, which suggests a disregard for the community. To the owner or operator of this establishment, I respectfully request that you instruct your drivers to refrain from unlawful speeding in neighborhoods after completing their work. I witnessed four different vans engaging in this behavior today, June 25th. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in this regard.
