  Jon (my tech) was early, obviously well practiced, polite, clean, and surprisingly fast. Rear SUV window replaced the next day. I'm impressed.

  Safelite was simply exceptional. I had needed a windshield replacement due to a chip that was in my line of sight, and Statefarm directly partners with safelite so why not. And they come to you too. They got me in next day, and were all super friendly. The technician Nick deserves a mention. He was on time, and got the job done super quick and clean. It looks exactly like it would from the assembly line. I recommend safelite for any glass needs.

  I was able to get an appointment for windshield replacement through my insurance within a couple of days. My technician was Alexander and he was professional and did a great job. Couldn’t have been much easier.

  the work was done well. Windshield replacement great. After installing, the installer saw a blemish in the middle of the windshield, below the mirror that he couldn't clean. He ordered a new windshield and scheduled a date. Also, OEM was only $11.56 more, so I opted for an OEM (original, like from the factory). When the date arrived to install the 2nd windshield, the (different) tech didn't think the blemish was very visible, and I agreed that sometimes it's best to leave things alone (since the first seemed to be a good fit & install). So I still have the first (3rd party, not OEM) windshield, which is fine, BUT I was still charged the $11.56. I have called many times over the last five months and they say they'll refund me, but still haven't. At this point, the amount is rather small, can't even get lunch out with $11.56 anymore, but it's the point that they're, in my opinion, negligent at best and dishonest at worst. I WAS going to have the windshield in my other car replaced with them, but if I can't trust them with $11.56, can they be trusted at all?

  Tech was willing to discuss technical questions and not get upset over it, I appreciated that. Now, with the new cameras driver assist vehicles Fords want the OEM Vin # matched so their are no issued with the programing of the camera assist in the vehicle. They did a great job. The only constructive criticism I could give is that they clean up a little better on the inside and be careful otherwise to leave so much black goo on the paint on the outside, However, This is nit a bad mark, just room for improvement. Job was great, camera assist works as it should and thats the most important thing. I give 5 stars 🌟
