However, my credit card was charged $150 — more than three times the actual amount of my purchase. The payment machine did not provide me with a receipt either. I contacted the company immediately to report the issue, and they later sent me the receipt themselves, which clearly confirms that my actual purchase was approximately $42. This is completely unacceptable. It cannot be possible that I am charged $150 for a $42 purchase and, even after reporting the issue and providing all the information, nobody has contacted me to resolve it. Several days have now passed, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me and refund the approximately $108 that was incorrectly charged to my credit card. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and with the complete lack of response. I expect someone responsible to contact me URGENTLY and resolve this matter immediately.
