  They take to long for repair and for pm take them 2 week to return the truck back for repair they say it fix we bring it back and it not repair after wait for the truck for more then two weeks

  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully by the general manager, Sharice, and the supervisor, Mathew. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism, I was spoken to in a condescending manner, as though I did not understand the situation. When I booked my reservation over the phone, I was quoted approximately $2,000 and was never informed of any additional charges. However, after the service, my card was charged an extra $600 without my knowledge or prior authorization. Had this additional charge been disclosed during the booking process, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision. I contacted customer service to dispute the charge and request a full refund of the undisclosed fee. Despite explaining the situation, I was only refunded half of the additional amount. In my opinion, this was an unfair resolution, especially considering the extra charge was never properly disclosed. During the conversation, Michael even acknowledged that the situation was handled improperly. As a business owner myself I was shocked when I heard the way the supervisor Mathew was speaking to me. Saying derogatory remarks to me and other completely condescending things. I can’t believe a mainstream company would let someone like him hold a position like a supervisor. Based on my experience, I encourage others to carefully review all pricing and charges before doing business with this location. I left feeling that I was treated unfairly, and I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service throughout the process.

  I attempted to rent a truck from this location last week. I made a reservation for a 16 foot truck with a liftgate. Spoke with a rental agent who set up the reservation. Received a call the following morning, the morning I was supposed to pick up, that said that I was quoted the wrong rate. The actual rental rate was purportedly three times more than what I had been quoted and what I reserved and put a deposit on. I still wanted to move forward with the rental as I needed to move out of one storage unit and into another. However, the rental agent now said that he could not guarantee that the truck was in inventory. He was going to check inventory and call me back. I never heard back from this individual. I received a call from another rental agent at the location who said that I was again quoted the wrong rate, and the rental rate was higher and they could not guarantee a liftgate. He said that he would do what he could do and will call me as soon as they had a truck. He indicated that he made numerous calls to people who are running to make sure they were going to return their rentals. I never heard back from this individual. I was supposed to pick up the truck at noon on Friday and still, to this date, Wednesday, I have not received a call. Terrible customer service. It is unfortunate, because I had rented from this location under a commercial account on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, I don’t know that I will rent from this company again.

  Big ups to Ana and the crew at Penske Landstreet Rd in Orlando. Broke down on Friday night at rush hour on I-4 going by the Mouse House. I was pi$ed to say the least. They had a tow truck hooked up to my truck within an hour. Within another couple of hours they had me in a loaner and on my way. With a running truck and a full belly cause Ana fed me and my dog while we were waiting. If u r a Penske customer and your truck needs service I hope u break down within the service range of Penske road. They got me moving in less than half the time of any other service call I’ve ever had
