  Im really impressed by this Used car dealership. This is by far the best Certified-preowned car dealership in Orlando and central Florida. Vincent the sale manger and Jay my sales person were amazing. Manny the finance manger really got me a great deal and explained me everything. I love my new Kia k5 and definitely recommend this Car dealership to anyone!

  I bought a vehicle here yesterday, and Dwight made the entire experience outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the process. The dealership was spotless, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. Their vehicles are all in excellent condition, and it’s clear they truly stand behind what they sell. I highly recommend them and will absolutely return for any future vehicle purchases.

  Bayliegh has been so helpful. We went to so many dealerships on west colonial and no one has offered the service she has. She is so sweet and funny. Very very helpful young lady. Gonna tell everyone about her!!! Super satisfied with her!!!

  Let me detail you the laundry list of BS the 2019 STI they sold me had that I have fixed over a year of ownership. THREE broken wheel studs they let me drive 5+ hours home on (very safe guys!) blown ring lands leading to SEVERE oil consumption. Broken Subaru telematics box. Broken front tweeters. Broken head-unit. Here’s the cherry on top, the engine had catastrophic failure at 80k miles and the entire long-block had to be replaced by Subaru at $11k. Blackbox data showed extremely inappropriate driving habits by prior owner. Rotors and pads were all shot at purchase as well. I’m $16k into repairing this car - they better be glad they are five hours away from me or i’d be on the sidewalk with a sign steering customers away every free chance I had. Check out my 0 mile EJ257 now though.

  Purchased a vehicle here. When I asked the manager for a copy of the work done on the vehicle, I asked about a page that read "deferred." He verbally assured me all deferred repair work had been completed. When I contacted the repair shop listed on the paperwork (Orlando Auto Repair), they confirmed the work had not been done and remained outstanding. I had to pay out of pocket for work the dealership should have disclosed was still pending. It's not that the work needed to be done, but that I felt I was deceived. People should be aware that Florida Preowned, Orlando Preowned, and Orlando Auto Repair are related as per Sunbiz filings in that their Title Owner / Manager is the same person.
