This is my 4 th mini and they take care of their customers,. They build lasting relationships.
Last week I took my mini convertible for service, and worked With Matt and Tiffany who are both outstanding.i can’t say enough about them, but I will indeed.
Matt also worked with me on renewing my app, as I was have problems
I’m not the most tech savvy.😉
My other request was assistance with the blue tooth and navigation system, which was enlightening.
My car received the oil change, break change and tire check along with a sparkling wash.
No better place I say!

Worked with James Ramos at Orlando Mini who helped up purchase our (gently used) new car. James was efficient, accommodating & pressure free. He worked with us prior to our visit to establish figures on our trade as well as some general numbers for our purchase. All via text which was very convenient! This not only made the entire process smoother but it allowed us to determine if making the drive to the dealership was even worth it as we live over an hour away.

I recently purchased a 2026 MINI Countryman JCW All 4 from Orlando MINI, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and truly customer focused.
My salesperson, James Ramos, was amazing to work with. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free.
The sales manager also made a big difference. He gave me a great deal on my trade in and was very clear, direct, and honest throughout everything. I really appreciated how transparent the numbers were, with no games or confusion.
The finance experience was just as positive. The young lady in finance handled everything professionally and explained all the options clearly. What I appreciated the most was that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase extra services or add ons, which made the entire process feel honest and comfortable.
I also want to mention the product specialist, the “genius,” who took the time to sit with me for about 30 minutes and walk me through all the technology in the car. This vehicle is packed with advanced features, and his patience and clear explanations made a huge difference in helping me feel comfortable and confident using everything.
Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was straightforward, professional, and transparent from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with my new car and very grateful to the team at Orlando MINI. I highly recommend them!

I'm not going to lie, I'm giving you all a 2. You were very kind personally Rick. But there were a few things that really upset me.
Upon arrival, you made it seem like it would be about 1-2 hours to fix my car. Told me to relax and I was happy and eager to do so.
When you realized it would be a delay, because of being short staffed you offered me a courtesy Uber which was very kind-but I felt like I was being rushed out without any explanation of what would happen with my car. At this point none of us had any idea of how much on backorder the parts would be, I would have much rather stayed at Mini near my car but felt pressured and obligated to leave. And away from the Dealership I went without answers.
It was I who had to keep calling/checking on the status of my car-and a few hours later realized it could take months to get the part, and I was 40 minutes away.
The next day my boyfriend drove my back to get my car-and I considered trading in. The sales rep was busy-so I waited. After about 45 minutes I decided I wanted to leave, and when I tried to leave/pay I went to another Service Associate who said I had to wait for your return to check out, because he "didn't have my file."
I feel the fee of over $200 to diagnose a problem that I had already diagnosed was very steep. And I ended up leaving Mini exhausted, frustrated, and paying over $200 for someone to reiterate that my window was indeed broken.
I wasn't going to share my frustration, and just move forward. But since you asked that's how I feel. None of this is personal but I am very disappointed in the unfortunate events that un folded.

This is my 6th Mini Cooper purchase over the years from Orlando Mini. Each time I traded, I got a different model. Every one of them was a blast to drive.
I moved 160+ miles away from Orlando and stepped away from driving a Mini a few years back. I soon realized that life was too short to drive a non-Mini. Everyone should own a Mini at some point in their life.
I haven’t had a JCW yet, so I was very intrigued when I saw the new Victory Edition JCW. I called Orlando Mini and started conversing with Ian at Orlando Mini. I researched other Mini dealerships closer to my home but felt that my loyalty to Orlando Mini was more important.
Ian treated me with respect. He met all my expectations and showed great knowledge and enthusiasm for Mini Coopers. But most of all, thanks to Ian, that Victory Edition JCW found a new home. The thrill is back, Baby 🤯.
To quote Emily Dickinson, “We shall seek to be frugal with our sweet possessions though their enticingness quite leads us astray”.
Orlando Mini has proven time and again their commitment to the customer and the Mini Cooper brand. Thank you and hats off to y’all. Special Shoutout to Melanie for handling the financing. Also all the others who recognized me from years ago and made it a point to welcome me back.
