  I always have been treated excellently by Orlando Mini, either by Service Department or Sales Department. Their respect and knowledge is much appreciated. Their advice has helped me to make decisions whether buying a new Mini or having service done. I highly recommend Orlando Mini.

  I had a great experience at Orlando Mini when I took the vehicle I had purchased out of a Palm Beach dealership for its first service. All I came into contact with were kind and helpful! The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and has a great selection of drinks and snacks, too.

  I always feel like I was taking advantage of when I leave here. I had work done that probably did not need to be done. I went in for an oil change that was advertised for $59.99 and I was charged $119.99. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told oh we don’t do that automatically. You have to tell us. I won’t be back

  This is my 2nd purchase from Orlando Mini and I was pleased to see that the attention to detail and flawless customer service were unchanged from my previous experience. Ian helped me both times and is so great to work with. The process was smooth and easy. No pressure, just positive vibes.

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience purchasing our daughter’s 2019 Kia Soul. From start to finish, everyone involved went above and beyond to make the process incredibly easy, fast, and enjoyable. We originally found the car online, and 48 hours later, we were driving it home! That kind of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car. A special thank you goes to Larry Taylor, General Manager of Fields Auto Group in North Carolina. Larry is a good friend of my sister and brother-in-law, who referred us to him. Larry immediately jumped in to help, reached out to Jim Lentini, General Manager of Orlando MINI, and helped get everything set up for us. John Goldstrom, Motoring Advisor, was absolutely fantastic. John was our point person throughout the process. He spoke with me on the phone before we even arrived, helped coordinate everything, did the test drive with my daughter, and handled all of the paperwork. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly. John also worked with Nick, the Sales Manager at Orlando MINI, who made sure the car received a new battery and an oil change before we took ownership. That extra attention to detail really meant a lot to us. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile. There was no runaround, no unnecessary pressure, and no feeling like we were just another sale. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process incredibly simple. Larry, Jim, John, and Nick — thank you for taking such great care of our family and especially our daughter. We truly appreciate everything you did to make this happen. 48 hours from finding the car online to driving it home — what a great experience! 🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
