  Very quick to respond! Inquired about Urus Wednesday night after 9pm. Got a call/text by 9am the next morning! Picked up the car at 11am Thursday! We wanted the orange one but ended up with a yellow one. Wasn’t a big deal to us since it was last minute and was excited about driving a Lambo for the first time. They gave us a good deal too! Danny hooked us up! Not sure the name of the guy who checked us in but he was friendly and answered all of our questions. They will do a full background check which took a little time but well worth it. Be sure to send them your ID and insurance card before you go. We returned the car on Friday but the deposit hold didn’t drop off til the following Wednesday. I would recommend taking pictures in and out and possibly a video before leaving. There was a chip on the windshield that was already present but they had records of it. They explained a few things and we signed the screen but there was no paperwork which we thought was strange. There was no one at the counter when we dropped the car off but could hear someone talking behind the curtain and he eventually came out. Other than that it was a great experience and would do it again! Wish they would offer additional insurance for peace of mind though.
