I booked a service appointment on Sunday, 9/27, through the Orlando CDJR website for my 2017 Chrysler 300S AWD. I selected advisor Beth Lee and documented my issue clearly: a strong rubber‑burning smell inside the cabin every morning at startup. I was able to secure the first appointment of the day for Tuesday, 9/29 at 7:30 AM. I’ve been a loyal Orlando CDJR service customer since November 2022, working with advisors like Alexandre Ribeiro and Marlene Agosto (Sept 2024, Jan 2025). Service has always been excellent, which is why I returned. I pre‑checked in the night before and arrived at 7:35 AM due to traffic. There were no cars ahead of me, and I was greeted immediately. When I mentioned my appointment with Beth, I was told she was not working, even though she was selectable online when booking. Instead, another advisor (Sandra/Sarah/Sally) — who was not listed as an option on the website — came out to attach the diagnostic device. She asked me to repeat the issue I had already documented online, verified my phone number, and asked whether I’d be leaving the vehicle. I explained I was working remotely and could wait all day, though I’ve never had to wait more than five hours here. She then told me they might not be able to diagnose the issue today at all. I reminded her that I was one of their first appointments, and asked how it could possibly take more than eight hours just to diagnose a problem. I would understand if I had a late‑morning appointment, but not at 7:30 AM. When I asked whether Orlando CDJR actually wanted my business, she handed me my key fob. At that point, I chose to leave and take my vehicle somewhere that values customers who book appointments and get an early time slot. Orlando CDJR has now joined my list of the other two dealership service departments I would not recommend - Central Florida CDJR and Napleton CJDR.

5/5 Stars — Service Advisor Dane is either a service advisor or a wizard, I haven't decided yet. I rolled into Orlando Jeep Dodge expecting the standard dealership service routine—a waiting room, some lukewarm coffee, and a guy telling me my blinker fluid was low. Instead, I met Dane. Calling Dane a "service advisor" is a massive understatement. He handles service logistics with the tactical precision of a five-star general and the effortless charm of a game show host. I brought my vehicle in, and Dane diagnosed the situation faster than a NASCAR pit crew. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything without treating me like I’ve never seen a wheel before, and made the whole process suspiciously enjoyable. I’m fairly convinced Dane could sell a bicycle to a fish and make the fish feel like it got the deal of a lifetime. The man is a legend, the service was flawless, and my vehicle is running better than ever. If you go to Orlando Jeep Dodge, ask for Dane. Give the man a raise, name a showroom after him, or at least build a bronze statue in his honor in the service bay. 10/10, will absolutely return.

I came in Friday for an oil change and specifically asked whether the multipoint inspection had been completed at the end of the service. I was told by my advisor, Adam, that it had, but I later discovered it had not. When I called Monday and pointed this out, Adam doubled down that the technician “didn’t find anything wrong,” despite the fact that the inspection had never actually been performed. There’s a big difference between finding nothing wrong and not looking in the first place. I requested to speak to the manager (Tyler), who allowed me to bring the vehicle back that evening. The inspection was then completed and issues were found. Unfortunately, Adam never apologized or acknowledged that I had been given incorrect information. The repair quote was also concerning. It included an additional tie rod and used “matrix pricing,” resulting in parts being quoted at almost 2x MSRP. Mistakes can happen, but failing to acknowledge one and then providing pricing that significantly exceeds MSRP makes it difficult to feel confident in the service or recommendations being provided. I used to trust this dealership, but will be taking my car elsewhere moving forward.

This is my number #1 go to dealership It’s always a pleasure I stopped by on Saturday 9/19/26 To just take some pictures of the 2026 Dodge charger RT I was then greeted by the manager Richard he was so pleasant he asked me which one I would like to test drive He then went inside and got the key and Noel the Salesman and Noel was just as pleasant as Richard I went on the test drive And fell in love with a Dodge Charger They both congratulated me on my purchase before the deal was even finalized I said, Well okay Speak it into existence Lol! They made it happen for me 🙌🏾 I was then introduced to Dominick to finalize all of my paperwork and he was so pleasant as well, All of them made me feel so welcome. They made me feel just like family This is my second purchase From this dealership and when I decide to purchase again, it will be my 3rd Purchase the customer service is fantastic if you’re in the market for a vehicle stop by and ask for Richard or Noel Thanks to all you guys for your generosity, I really appreciate you all God bless Orlando Dodge Dealership 🙌🏾♥️🙏🏾😘

This is a longer review, but if you’re considering buying from this dealership, take the time to read it—you may save yourself a lot of frustration and aggravation. On July 4th, we purchased a truck from this dealership. Before buying, we specifically asked the salesman about the keys. He showed us the key tag marked “1 of 2” and, when we asked him to confirm there were two keys, responded in a snarky, condescending tone, essentially saying, “Obviously, that means there are two.” We took him at his word. Looking back, that should have been our first red flag. After all paperwork was signed and the deal was finalized, while we were already in the truck ready to leave, we were told the second key was supposedly locked in an office they couldn't access. I was promised the key by Monday. Monday came and went. Then we were told they couldn't find it. I had to repeatedly reach out about the key because they were still trying to "find it". After nearly a month, I finally spoke with JJ, who was the first person who actually seemed to care. He agreed that if I had a replacement key made, the dealership would reimburse me. I had the key made—and then spent another two months fighting to get reimbursed. I had to call and text week after week for updates and was repeatedly told the check was being handled or sent. During this process during a phone call, the sales manager actually told me, “I don't know why you're calling me.” Seriously? YOUR dealership sold us the truck, YOUR dealership told us there were two keys, and YOUR dealership agreed to reimburse us and somehow I am the problem? The sales manager's arrogant and dismissive attitude was unfortunately consistent with our entire experience. And as if all of that wasn't enough, when we received the vehicle, personal paperwork belonging to the previous owner had been left inside the car. That's incredibly concerning and completely unacceptable. A dealership should be thoroughly checking and preparing a vehicle before handing it over to a new customer, especially when it comes to someone's personal information. This dealership is unfortunately exactly the kind of experience that gives dealerships the bad reputation they have earned. It's not about the cost of a key—it's about honesty, accountability, communication, keeping your word, and treating customers with respect after the sale. The One Bright Spot — JJ I want to sincerely thank JJ, because he went above and beyond to help resolve a problem he didn't create. He listened, cared, and actually followed through when everyone else seemed to pass the responsibility around. JJ, you deserve to work somewhere that actually deserves you. Your willingness to help and treat a customer with respect was a stark contrast to the experience we had with the rest of this dealership. Unfortunately, one person doing the right thing doesn't erase months of frustration, broken promises, poor communication, and having to fight for a reimbursement that should have been simple. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I cannot recommend them. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing, verify everything before signing, and don't assume a promise will be honored without a fight.
