  Absolutely out of this world service! I was totally surprised by the excellence of this place. Moises, the guy at the front desk, was extremely helpful and polite from the moment I arrived. I was also very well assisted by a Brazilian employee who works at one of the companies; he helped me a lot. It is hard to find shops you can trust these days, but this one has, by far, the best customer service and honesty. You’ve gained a customer!

  This is the best mechanic shop in Orlando by far. I brought in my BMW and they were able to help me for the best price in the area. Orlando Auto Repair is the best!

  Had a tire go flat and with them being nearby they helped me right away. They ordered a new tire for me right away and was delivered quickly the same day. Quick turn around and great service. They cared that I got my car back on the road as soon as possible. Would go again.

  Had substantial work performed on my vehicle here. The shop damaged my car during the process. Additionally, some of the work had to be redone at a dealership, causing me to pay twice for the same job. The work did not reach the promised expectations. Separately, people should be aware that Florida Preowned, Orlando Preowned, and Orlando Auto Repair are related as per Sunbiz filings. To address Julio’s response, yes, they did repair my vehicle at the shop of my choosing, but only after I had prepared to file a lawsuit. I ultimately had some of the shop’s work corrected by the dealership, work they attempted multiple times, which has nothing to do with the age of a car.

  Would definitely recommend! Every technician was helpful, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about providing the best information and service on my vehicle. They were honest and fair, and I will return for any other maintenance or repairs that I need.
