  Last minute my breaks started smoking and not working, I had to rush over and Mariana was able to get my car seen the same day along with James walking me through everything wrong with my car. Even though they were short staffed they were able to give me my car back same day.

  Made appointment at 12 and was told they don’t know when the tire will be coming in. They also took $25 from me holding a tire. When they don’t even have a tire to hold….. I need my money refunded now!

  l noticed a noise coming from under my car, the undercarriage cover was flapping undone ... stopped by on my way to work, not sure if they provided this service . Xavier was really professional and attentive, not only assured me that they would be able to provide the service but their team performed the corrections really fast. It was my first time stopping by this location, I will be coming back for an overall inspection, Cara and Mike have a great team , with their willingness to help gained them a new customer!

  Made an appointment to get a tire replaced. I was in and out quickly. I loved that. Mariana at the front desk is wonderful as always! She is professional, friendly, patient, and always makes sure I feel taken care of. I’ll be honest, I walked in today already upset, but Mariana’s kindness and the way she handled everything completely changed the experience for me. She always goes above and beyond to help and makes you feel like your business truly matters. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Mariana is definitely one of the reasons I continue coming back. She deserves recognition for the way she treats customers.
