  I've been coming to this location for a while now, they've always been good about price transparency and getting you in fast. Cristian was a great help when I came through today with a deflated tire. Got it patched super fast with great service. Thank you guys, see you next time!

  After all those places for I finally found one that truly takes care of my vehicle and that place is MAVIS TIRE, the manager Christian and his group of well trained personnel will take care of yours car needs and for a resealable price you will get your problem solved.

  we aren't from this city but we got a blowout on the highway and we were able to pull into Mavis on a Sunday... Melanie the young lady in the front desk position was so amazing and helpful! Between her and Christian; the honesty, the communication and the quick service helped us get our weekend back on the road without killing our pockets! God bless these two employees! Christian even zip tied my daughter's bumper back together so it wouldn't flap in the wind he didn't have to do that but he did 🖤

  Jennifer, I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the excellent customer service you provided during my recent visit. When it became clear that the technician was going to need additional time because he was still working on another vehicle, I really appreciated you being mindful of my time. Rather than having me sit there waiting, you offered to contact me when my vehicle was closer to being ready. That gave me the opportunity to take care of several errands I needed to complete. When I returned later that day, I could see that the technician was still working on the vehicle in the bay, so I decided to head home and return the following day during my lunch break. When I came back, you made sure my vehicle was taken care of and also provided an accommodation given the circumstances. I certainly appreciated the accommodation, but what stood out to me most was the way you handled the entire situation. You were professional, considerate of my time, communicative, and genuinely focused on making the experience as convenient as possible. I believe good customer service deserves to be recognized, especially when someone takes the extra steps to make a potentially frustrating situation much easier for the customer. Thank you again, Jennifer. I truly appreciate the way you handled everything.

  The attention is good, but in this location they are not very knowledgeable on how to align a car if you have a BMW or a different set up from stock. I’m giving 4 stars because if this would has been communicated up front by the manager instead of delivering a car out of specs and assuming the customer would not notice, understand or care about the job that was performed, the experience would have been much much better. Nevertheless after being persistent, they got help from a neighbor shop and they were able to get the job done.
