  I arrived at this location with a blown tire. Asked them to check all tires before continuing my road trip. I had another about to blow 3 days later. The tires that were failing were all "new" tires I purchased from mavis 10k miles ago. The tech at the shop i had to stop at for the 2nd tire blow informed me the new tires I paid for were from 2020. I purchased them in 2024. They were rated for 40k miles. I had put 10 on them and 2 had failed already. I reached out to customer service multiple times. No response.

  Liz is exceptional. She helped me twice in one day. Earlier the air pump was temporarily out of order, so she had one of the techs fill the one tire I needed. She also helped me put on my new hub caps after one just flew off. The service here is wonderful. Your employees care and that means a lot to me. Thank you, Liz, and thank you to this Mavis location for its great service!

  Chris and Josh were wonderful and I’m so sorry but the woman at pick up we spoke with (I don’t have her name!) was excellent as well. I had worries about my car for weeks when it started making a humming sound that progressively got louder and louder. I received a quote from another repair shop that was significantly higher but Mavis identified the critical issue and quoted me much lower in addition to identifying a battery problem. We also had a technical issue in our booking that caused our appointment to not appear in the system but they were quick to still accommodate and although we assured them that time was not a concern, they completed all the service by early afternoon. My husband is already a fan and I will absolutely be coming back again. All my appreciation for the help and such a relief to feel safe driving around town again. Thank you so much!

  My husband and I went to this location today, August 10, between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 PM because we urgently needed two rear tires. One of our tires had blown out yesterday, so we were temporarily driving on the spare. From the beginning, my husband explained that we only needed the two rear tires, which are a different size from the front tires. He specifically wanted the new tires to be the SAME SIZE as the two rear tires that were already on the vehicle. Since he knows how to change tires himself, he initially asked to simply purchase the tires and take them with us. However, the employee insisted that installation was included for the same price, so we agreed to let them do the work. While they were already working on the vehicle, my husband asked again whether they were installing the same tire size as the ones we already had. At that point, the employee told him that they DID NOT HAVE THAT SIZE and that they were installing the other size that we specifically did not want. Because that was not what we requested, my husband immediately asked them to stop the service and put the vehicle back exactly as it was. Unfortunately, they did NOT return the vehicle to us in the same condition. After they rotated/moved the tires, the front passenger-side wheel was returned to us with only FOUR lug nuts instead of the FIVE it had when we arrived. My husband noticed the missing lug nut, but at the time he assumed he could simply purchase a replacement. He told me that he would stop at AutoZone and buy one. Later tonight, we went to AutoZone and purchased the missing lug nut. When my husband tried to install it, he discovered that the problem was NOT simply a missing lug nut. The wheel stud/bolt itself appears to have been damaged or broken, meaning the replacement lug nut cannot even be installed. This was NOT the wheel that originally had the tire problem. The original issue was with the rear tires. We also discovered that part of the Hyundai emblem on the wheel/rim was damaged. While this may be less serious than the wheel stud issue, it is still damage that was not there before the vehicle was serviced. It is now 9:47 PM, and we are dealing with a problem that we did not have before bringing our vehicle to this business. We are genuinely concerned about driving the vehicle with only four of the five lug nuts properly installed, and we now have to figure out how to repair damage that appears to have occurred while the vehicle was in your employees’ possession. This is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. A customer should NEVER receive their vehicle back in a potentially unsafe condition simply because they decided not to proceed with a service—especially when the reason we stopped the service was that the tires being installed were NOT the size we had specifically requested. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband actually tried to tip the employee who worked on the vehicle because he had no idea at the time that anything had been damaged. Thankfully, the employee did not accept the tip, because hours later we discovered what had actually happened. We have photos/videos documenting the condition and the issue we discovered tonight. We expect management to contact us as soon as possible. We need an explanation, and we expect this business to take responsibility for inspecting and repairing the damage caused to our vehicle at NO COST to us. This happened today, August 10, between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 PM, so there should also be records of our visit and service. Please contact us as soon as possible. This is not simply a complaint about customer service—this involves damage to our vehicle and a serious safety concern.
