  Big thank you to the assistant manager Liz! Her customer service was amazing and she is very knowledgeable and helped me get the best price for my tires and alignment. I recommend this shop to everyone I know!

  The other day I ended up with a flat tire on my way to work, and luckily I was close to this tire shop so I decided to see if they could help me out. I was greeted by Liz and she got my car in right away and was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

  Liz and Josh are the best! I came in for an AC issue and i was having a terrible day that day and they were so sweet and accommodating. I ended up coming in a couple days later to have them fix the AC. They were so nice and kind!! I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They are the best

  I am from out of town and here visiting my elderly father. My brake lights got stuck on so I called Mavis Tires & Brakes to see if they could take me ASAP to try to fix them. Liz was amazing on the phone calming me down telling me to come right over they'll take a look. Liz and and all the guys there were amazing. They fixed my problem in no time. When I went to pay they didn't even charge me. I know it didn't take long but they still could have charged a little labor fee. I truly appreciate the generosity and awesome customer service and great mechanics. I highly recommend. Ask for Liz she's amazing. Thank you guys.

  Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Liz was great at the front. They got me in immediately. Service was fast and efficient. They called right when they finished, I never had to call for an update like I've had to do with other places. Ill be back when it's time for service again.
