- MMMeJul 31, 20261.0HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! if i can give a NO star i would. the manager randy or randall whatever his name is , is completely unprofessional rude and hostile .. went in for a simple tire change and ended up having to leave my car overnight then TOWED to a dealership all to find out that this place fried my ECU ( computer for the car ) and now im out $3000. they added oil and coolant to my car without my consent, they swapped my battery without my consent and ran mutiple test WITHOUT A MECHANIC PRESENT and in result caused me an arm and a leg and they arent apologetic. not a single im sorry or any kind of compassion.. ive tried calling and gotten hung up on mutiple times , sat at their location for over 4 1/2 hours with no anwser... nothing.. called corporate as well and they were shocked to hear about the damages ive suffered all because i went there for a tire change. if you love your car and good customer service DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
