  Excellent service, great communication, very professional! Tooly took great care of our family vehicle when we had a hiccup on vacation - Tooly and the crew got us back on the road within a short time and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment & service. He treated us like family so we could get back to our vacation. Highly recommend and very grateful!!

  I made an appointment for noon, for a simple Oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early, signed to authorize the price and work, and then waited an hour and a half to never have my vehicle serviced. The less than accommodating employee behind the counter told me they were “backed up”. This appointment was made a full day in advance, perhaps they are prioritizing unscheduled walk ins over customers with appointments? It should be noted that despite never servicing my vehicle, they still drove it in the parking lot for god only knows why. I thought I’d have to call the police to get my keys back. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP

  I came into Mavis Tire today with a flat tire, and unfortunately it wasn’t something that could be repaired — I ended up needing a completely new tire. During the inspection, I also found out that my brake pads were dangerously low and that there were a few other things that needed to be addressed to make sure my car was safe to drive. I recently had hip surgery, and the recovery process has been challenging in a lot of ways, including financially. After hearing my situation, the team was incredibly understanding and graciously worked with me by giving me a discount. I truly can’t express how much that meant during such a difficult time. Not only were they kind and compassionate, but they were also extremely efficient. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and even brought me out to show me exactly what needed to be fixed so I could understand and feel confident that everything being done was necessary and legitimate. I am beyond impressed with how caring, honest, and encouraging this team was. They went above and beyond to help me, and they have absolutely made a lifelong customer out of me for as long as I’m living in Orlando. Thank you Mavis Tire for treating me like a person, not just another customer.

  My wife had to come into the shop today becuse her tire was losing air due to a nail in it. She is from out of state and luckily enough had not had to deal with any vehicle issues before by herself. That all being said to say, she was very impressed. One, because you did’nt try to upsell her on a tire. Two, because you didnt try to take advantage that she was a female there on her own. Three, because everyone there was very kind! From a husband to everyone there that helped to not only get her taken care of, but that got her taken care of quickly so she could get back to my son, I appreciate you also! Stand up crew there, GO SEE THEM!

  I came in for a single tire repair. I ended up needing a replacement, which was completely fine. My new tire was meant to come in SAME DAY by 12:00PM. Was told my car would be ready by end of day. Later the SAME DAY, I get a call saying I need 3 new tires, new brakes, and several other services. I had Just gotten my brake pads and rotors replaced. I called for an update and was told my tire was now not coming in until Monday. I initially came in on a Friday. At pickup, which was THREE DAYS later, I was given attitude for not doing all the suggested services and was told “it will probably be safe.” I finally get out to my car after paying the exorbitant bill to find that they just threw my dirty spare tire in the back seat INSTEAD of putting it back where i belongs. So now, my car is dirty and I have to put the spare tire back after paying them hundreds. Most definitely they are being predatory to young women who they assume they don’t understand anything about cars. I have taken it to another mechanic since and was told while, yes, the services will eventually need to be done, they are not close to being required for safety at this time. I can’t stand scummy people who make money off of predatory practices.
