  These guys are The BEST!!! We woke up after a stay at WDW to find, after checking out, that our car had a flat. We wobbled into Mavis on our spare, hot, cranky, and desperate. Tee and Tooly greeted us with smiles and assurances they the could help us, easily finding a tire that would meet our needs. Mavis was fast, efficient, and didn't break what was left in our piggy banks. Thank you for getting us back on the road like true professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

  Second time coming here as it's 2 minutes away. First time horrible experience but said let's try again Arrived 8:40 am for a 9:00 am appointment and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours Did not walk out of the building until 10:50 am and watched two people leave before me whom arrived after me and seemingly had no appointment as they stated such when they talked in 0 apology for the delay or wait or update during the process and left grease marks on the side of the door panel After discount paid $110 Never again and will gladly drive further away for places that actually honor appointments and don't take this long to do oil changes

  If I could rate this place lower I would. The service manager was extremely rude. I came in to have my battery checked because the car was having intermittent electrical outages due to the positive terminal on the battery being loose. The battery was purchased recently and is brand new. I asked if I could have them tighten the battery terminal and just check it. Because I knew what was wrong with it. I just didn’t have the tools or time to fix it. Service manager wanted to charge me $60 for an electrical diagnostic. Plus $80 additional on possible repairs. He even told me to fix it myself if I didn’t have the money to pay his technicians. He didn’t even care about gaining new customer loyalty. I took my business elsewhere. Instead, we went to Firestone where they checked our battery for free and they even fixed it for $20 labor. All that it took to fix was to take out the worn battery washer on the terminal and replace it. It got fixed immediately with no future problems. Definitely, Mavis service manager needs more training on how to gain customer loyalty and satisfaction. I would have been a loyal customer and kept coming back. But, now I won’t. They care more about money than caring about their customers and being compassionate.

  10 out of 10 if I could give them 10 stars!!!! I showed up in a panic because my tire was flat. I had a two hour drive to take home afterwards, Tee and Tooly did a great job at squeezing me in and accommodating me immediately!! Great customer service I would highly recommend them! 😊

  This is one of my favorite Mavis. They explained things thoroughly and answer my questions when I have additional questions of what they're talking about because I don't understand anything about cars. He showed me all the notes and stuff and explain and show me that things are coming back clearly so my car shouldn't give me problems which my battery and alternator was the issue and they completed fast and with great care. And it seemed like they actually did a good thorough research and diagnostics on my car versus hitting a brick wall and not doing more deeper research
