  I had an issue with my brakes that after going over a hard bump. I had to push them all the way to the floor in order to break. I was able to get home safely that evening but I took it to Mavis the next day and my brakes seemed okay then but I still wanted them checked out. They did a complete inspection for free, even removing the master cylinder to make sure nothing was wrong. They said they looked at everything and couldn't find anything obviously wrong. I have now driven it a few days after this incident and it's been fine. I'm grateful they took the time to overlook everything it didn't charge me a thing.

  We were visiting Orlando/Disney World on vacation and realized that one of our tires had to be replaced immediately. We called Mavis that morning and secured a 3 pm appointment. We arrived on time. We then had to wait until about 4 pm before they moved our vehicle to a service bay. When I asked them why we were having to wait so long since we had an appointment, they said that there were other people ahead of us. So apparently we should have just done a 'walk in' earlier in the day. Normally, I wouldn't be too bothered by it, but we had the whole family waiting in the uncomfortable waiting room (see pic). Also, if it was going to be over an hour wait, it would have been nice to have been given a heads-up. Finally, we asked them to check/adjust the air in all four tires since we had a long drive home the next day. I'm not sure if they did or not, but, if they did, they over-inflated every single tire even the new one. Pros: the price they quoted over the phone is the price they charged us.

  We had been in Orlando from Illinois for our son's graduation from UCF and had just left our Disney Resort and noticed that one tire was reading much lower tire pressure on the dash then the other 3. I called them and they were able to work us in to their busy afternoon to assess the assess the tire, determine that there was a nail in the edge of the tire and we needed it replaced. We did have to wait quite a while, but again we knew that since they were working us in. They have plenty of seats/tables for people to sit at and even work from if they needed to while waiting and the waiting area was very clean.

  I was incredibly grateful for Mavis Tires & Breaks. I was left with a big nail in my tire of a Rental while staying in town for Cheer Competition. I came in- they checked that the tire was repairable and thankfully it was because ACE rental was not returning my phone calls. They told me it would be $40 to repair which I gladly paid to get me back on the road. They were kind and professional. Service was done in a timely manner and business was clean. I would recommend Mavis Tires if you're ever in the Orlando area and need assistance. The guy helping me out, Gave me his card and I wanted to personally thank him but in my packing I've misplaced it. I'll be sure to follow up with a shout out.

  I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes to have my car’s brakes replaced. After inspecting the vehicle, they told me there was another issue with the master brake cylinder and that it needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repair, and they asked me to come back the next day to pick up the car. When I returned and drove away, I immediately discovered that the brakes were not working properly and the car would not stop. This put my life and the lives of others in serious danger. I managed to control the car and returned straight back to the shop. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me the issue was not caused by them and claimed there was another problem, even though my car was functioning fine before I brought it in. After they “fixed” it again, I took the car and noticed a new issue — the car would not accelerate properly and could not go above 40 mph. My vehicle is now in worse condition than before. On top of all this, they charged me $2,000 for these repairs. I do not recommend this place at all. They lack professionalism and seem more concerned about taking money than ensuring customer safety. I am considering taking legal action due to the risk and damage they have caused.
