  I have been bringing my 2006 vehicle to be serviced here for the past 5 years, and I will NOT be returning. I brought my vehicle in because it had a weak start. I was initially told I needed a new battery and was quoted for a battery replacement, labor, and a diagnostic fee. I reminded them that the battery had been purchased and installed here less than nine months earlier, so it was still under warranty. They honored the warranty, but I was still responsible for the labor and diagnostic charges. Two hours later, I received another call saying my vehicle needed a long list of repairs totaling nearly $3,700, including a steering rack, steering rack boots, upper control arms, outer tie rods, shocks/suspension, all new tires, an alignment, and a power steering flush. I declined the repairs because the estimate was far beyond what made sense for a vehicle of this age. I immediately took my vehicle to a different shop for a second opinion. They diagnosed the vehicle differently, recommending replacement of the steering rack boots and repair of a leaking valve cover (The valve cover had been addressed by Mavis about a month and a half prior, but I guess not). They also inspected my A/C, which Mavis's estimate did not address at all. I chose to have the repairs completed there for significantly less, and not only is my vehicle driving smoother than it has in years, but I finally have functioning air conditioning after three years without it. What disappointed me most was that, even after I declined the estimate and came to pick up my vehicle, the technician continued going through the entire list of recommended repairs and encouraging me to "tackle it little by little." After receiving a vastly different assessment and successful repairs elsewhere for far less money, I have lost all confidence in this shop. And unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience. There have been multiple occasions over the years where I had to bring my vehicle back because something had been overlooked. After having a tire replaced, my spare tire was left loose in the cargo area instead of being secured back underneath the vehicle. On another visit involving replacement of the crankshaft and camshaft sensors, my vehicle broke down again within a week. A mechanic who later inspected the vehicle determined the sensors had been installed in the wrong locations. I cannot recommend trusting this shop with your vehicle or your money. Extremely disappointing.

  Called and spoke to the Call center before heading to the place, they said this location has 2 tires of the number I needed. When I arrived to the location the guys in the store said that they didn’t have the tire and that the call center doesn’t know what they are doing specially being women. And tried to charge me 2xs the price that the call center gave me. Being a women I understand but some women know more than some men!! And I do work in for sales also!! So if they need sales that’s all they need to say! And I am at Tire Plus and they gave me a better price $95

  Definitely recommend this place. Danny and aj are awesome. They work with you and they always help you as much as they can. Every time I go in for a service they’re pretty quick. I don’t really have to wait much. I’ve already recommended two of my friends here and they loved this place. Definitely coming back if I need to.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Dan and Airon. From the moment I walked in, both were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Airon went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood everything that was being done. Dan was great during checkout and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Mavis Tire.
