  I came in with a flat tire, and Jeff and hid team took great care of me. They switched out my spare tire, installed a new tire, and even gave me a quote for the other tire I need. The service was fast, professional, and they genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road. If you’re looking for a great tire shop in the Lake Nona area, I definitely recommend this place. Excellent service and great customer care!

  Got tires with Rick at the end of the day and service was quick and professional. Mavis Tires were kind and accommodating too. Witnessed an elderly woman come in with the place closing in 15 minutes with an emergency and they helped her with a smile on their face. Will definitely be going here again for all my cars needs.

  Jeff was incredibly attentive and helpful. He had the team inspect my flat tire, and when they couldn’t find anything during the initial inspection, Jeff made sure they lifted the car and took a closer look until they found the leak. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Jeff quickly found an identical replacement for me, but before selling it to me, he mentioned that many new cars come with tire protection plans and suggested I check with the dealership first, as they might cover the replacement. He was right. What impressed me most was that Jeff wasn’t focused on making a sale — he genuinely wanted to help me solve the problem in the best possible way for me. This is now the Mavis location I always come to. If Jeff is there, I know I’ll get genuine, professional help from someone who is focused on solving my problem rather than selling me hundreds of dollars’ worth of something I didn’t need.

  I wanted to swap out the tires on my 02 BMW 300Ci due to tries on it being over 10 years old with newer used tires from another set of wheels. I called and specifically asked if they would swap them out for me and I was told yes and was given a price and even was scheduled an appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I loaded up the wheels into our SUV and had my wife follow me with the SUV before she went to work. We went there and the main service manager said they don’t install used tires. My wife already left for work so I had to load the wheels into the bmw and went back home. I was beyond frustrated. They should have told me upfront when I asked them over phone that they don’t install used tires. It would have saved me some time and hassle. I’used them for alignments before on couple of cars. Never going back to them again.
