Between explaining policy regarding my specific type of car to the willingness and smiles I received minutes before closing this was a great and professional experience compared to the competition in the area.

- PCPatrick ClementsMay 30, 20261.0I had to get my compressor and condenser replaced recently because the AC was blowing warm. The mobile mechanic said that the AC issues were caused by the mechanic who replaced my radiator - he damaged the condenser which caused freon leak and eventually shut down the compressor and radiator fan. Corporate had Orlando regional mgr(Tim) contact me to discuss. Well that was a waste of time because he put all the blame on high mileage of my car and the parts I purchased already being out of warranty. That has nothing to do with damage being done to the Condenser! This guy is obviously programmed to point blame anywhere but Mavis or their negligent mechanic. I guess we're going to court over this! And corporate says District manager has final word...what a joke! So if district mgr says everything ok and its not, Corporate won't help you! This has costed me over $1,000 to get my AC working again. And not to mention paying almost $2,000 for new radiator and fan. Overpriced and this District Mgr refuses to take responsibility for mistakes that a mechanic made!
