  We recently had our rear brakes replaced and alignment done at JDM. The adviser was very patient in explaining things to us and the cost was a lot cheaper than the dealership, however, it took much longer though not the fault of the facility (wrong brand was delivered) so it took an additional day which was inconvenient for us. Also, one of the hubcaps was missing and we had to bring it back. The response to that issue was resolved right away though that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

  Anner was very knowledgeable, helpful and listened to my concern with my vehicle. Though an older Toyota model, his team performed my request for service with professionalism and precision. Pablo his other teammate was courteous and very nice. My issue was resolved and my vehicle run’s smoothly. Thanks JDM

  Great experience, they were very professional and very personable. They also did a great job with my car, I feel it's running better now that when I bought it. Pablo was also great, making sure I was in the know every step of the way.

  Pablo went above and beyond in his care of our car inspection when my family was looking to purchase a vehicle. He made inquiries on our behalf and texted me personally outside of his business hours to help us. The staff is also respectful and delightful. It is so nice to have a repair shop with integrity and that actually knows their stuff! Highly recommend :)

  I called and asked how much an inspection and an oil change, when the owner told me an inspection said it was nearly $200 I said that’s ok I’ll just come for the oil change. The owner must have misheard me because I only booked the oil change appointment for 1pm the following day. When I got there the person working the office kept calling me muchacho to the owner, I’m a 35 year old man btw. But anyway he tells the owner that I’m here for the inspection and I say no I’m only getting an oil change. The office person then hands me the phone to speak the owner and the owner basically is complaining that he scheduled 2 hours because he thought I was getting an inspection. Like bro I’m not a kid, I’m not your kid, and what difference does it make to me what you COULD have done. Do your job and don’t try to chastise customers because you can’t understand basic English.
