  We Flew to Orlando with the intention of buying a car here and driving back to Washington State. We took two Toyota 4runners to JDM for an inspection and estimates on possible repairs. Because we would be buying a car and then leaving the area, I wanted to feel confident that the vehicle we purchased would reliably take us across country. Pablo and his crew gave the two 4Runners the most thorough inspections I've ever seen they document everything with photos, video or audio recordings. Their evaluation uses a red green yellow system to help show what must be done now versus what can wait. Additionally, I found Pablo to an engaging and informative teacher. He patiently shared his expertise and opinions on the cars we brought him and both my wife and I trusted him immediately. The shop is a family business and the vibe is good. We ended up purchasing a 2019 4Runner after the inspection and JDM replaced the serpentine belt. I look forward to many miles on this truck.

  My car was having an issue that made me worried about driving it, so I did a search for Honda specialists in the area and JDM was the first recommendation. I messaged through their website Friday evening and Pablo messaged me on Saturday to say they could help me. Monday morning I was there when they opened and Pablo assured me they could look at my car and find out what was wrong. Pablo and his team replaced my worn motor mount and checked everything else to make sure all was good to go. He even sent me video to show what was wrong, something I’ve never been able to get the dealer service team to do, even when I asked. I greatly appreciate Pablo taking the time to walk me through everything and reassure me about my car. My car is driving great now and they even took it through the car wash before I left with it! I’ll be going back for any future service.

  For many years, I had my Lexus serviced at the Lexus dealership in Winter Park. They consistently provided excellent service, including loaner vehicles when my car required major maintenance or repairs. Unfortunately, following a change in ownership, I noticed a decline in service quality along with recommendations for costly repairs that ultimately proved unnecessary. As a result, I began searching for an independent Lexus specialist. I am extremely pleased to have found Pablo and the team at JDM. Pablo provides exceptional customer service, recommends maintenance that genuinely supports the long-term reliability and longevity of the vehicle, and takes the time to keep customers informed throughout the process.   They really know what they’re talking about. They are very thorough in their questions in trying to figure out what the problem actually is. They fixed the problem quickly and got everything to work like new again. Very helpful and understanding staff. I highly recommend!

  My Toyota Camry had a rattle noise coming from the Steering Wheel when driving over a bumpy surface. I took my car to JDM Toyota & Honda Specialist and they replaced the Steering Column Bushing without any issues. They also conducted a steering alignment in order to prevent premature wear and tear of the bushing. My Camry is running now very smoothly, I highly recommend JDM Toyota & Honda Specialist.
