  The worst collision center I see in my life. Unprofessional techs they don’t know what they are doing . They get all the parts from the market and don’t know how to assemble those parts . I picked my car with many mistakes after they charged the insurance around 12 k dollars for nothing after that I took my car to different collision center after long fighting with the insurance company so I advice everyone not to go to that center

  Wanted help on minor bumper damage, ended up with a million other problems that didnt exist before. 2 week wait, long holds and rude workers on phone. I genuinely believe they're adding problems that wasnt there before. EDIT: 4/6/26, Gustavo (owner of location) called me at opening an assured me everything that had happened wont happen again and taken care of. I was given a comp battery a sincere apology, and a nice bumper. He told me he ran multiple tests and diagnostics and gave me the 100% approved. While this experience was not ideal at the time, he found time to call me, look at file and assure me everything was ok with an explanation. Thats all i needed, someone being straightforward and honest. His customer service was so nice. So Gerber is back in my good graces, so GUSTAVO thank you for everything, you're a good man and appreciate all your help.

  I had just got a brand new car and was in my first accident ever. I took my car to Gerber Collision & Glass on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL and received an excellent experience with Luis. He was professional, friendly, and made the repair process completely stress-free. He kept me updated every step of the way and were very transparent about the timeline. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The quality of work and attention to detail really impressed me. I really stressed him on making sure the color stayed the same because they say it’s a hard color to match and he did just that. I highly recommend this Gerber location to anyone in the Orlando area who needs auto body repairs. Thank you for doing such a great job and taking such good care of my car!
