  Took both of our cars in for an oil change and they caught lots of other necessary work that needed to be done. Even though it was a lot, they got it all done in a day and I was grateful for the discounts they gave. Jared was very helpful at explaining and showing pictures of the necessary work that needed to be done.

  Great people and great prices! Just did my oil change and it was amazing easy to work with no surprises! I even got a free brake and ac inspection!!

  5 Stars — Expert Car Care, Lake Nona I stopped in after my tire pressure warning light came on, not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by Yadiel, a service mechanic, with a big, welcoming smile that instantly put me at ease. He got to work right away, quickly diagnosed a slow leak in one of my tires, and had it patched within minutes — prompt, professional, and no-nonsense. When I asked for the bill, Yadiel told me there was no charge. I was completely floored. Before I left, I also had the pleasure of meeting Joshua, the Customer Service Manager, who was equally professional and genuinely caring. The entire experience left me in awe. I have been taking my car to the dealer for years, but after this visit, that changes today. Expert Car Care in Lake Nona has earned all of my future business. As a AAA authorized provider, they clearly take pride in doing things the right way. Huge kudos to Yadiel, Joshua, and the whole team — I cannot recommend this place enough for all your vehicle service needs!

  I went to them because I couldn’t get a screw off to replace my radio. They removed the crew without hesitation. They were sooo friendly and nice. They honestly saved the day. I went back for an oil change the next morning and again they were amazing. Fast, friendly, efficient, just overall great service. Plus the lobby is beautiful with extremely comfortable chairs.
