  I liked how easy it was to choose a vehicle. Picking up the vehicle at Orlando International was a little confusing, as there were no clear directions or signs as to where to pick up the vehicle. However, returning it was very simple and easy. Shafana made the return, delightful, as she was very courteous, professional, and cheerful, which put a smile on my face.

  Overall, great experience. Easy pick up, and drop off. The car was in great shape and ready to go when I got there. The enterprise reps were all very professional, polite, and made sure I was taken care of.

  I rented the Lucid from enterprise Exotics (I had just picked the electric car option). The charging speed and amount of miles you can go on those was wild (my first time renting an EV by the way). The pickup process was very prompt, everything was ready, and it couldn’t have gone better. They were very organized and courteous. Drop off was effortless too, and I REALLY appreciate how quickly they spotted things I was about to leave behind inside the car. I would defiantly rent from here again!

  Very poor service after spending hours on switching back the insurance and everything that we needed to get to Florida for them to tell us that they don’t have the car very poor service never use buyer beware go somewhere else
