  Absolutely Outstanding Service from Fee at Enterprise Truck Rental! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have rented vehicles more times than I can count — probably well over 100 rentals in my lifetime — and I can honestly say that Fee at Enterprise Truck Rental provided one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, Fee made the entire pickup process incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. What normally can be a frustrating process was absolutely effortless because of her. What impressed me even more was the level of customer service she provided after the rental. I was unable to return the vehicle when I was originally supposed to, and rather than simply waiting for me to contact them, Fee actually took the initiative to give me a courtesy call the next day to make sure everything was okay. That small gesture says a lot about the kind of person and employee she is. Fee truly went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a rental company. She didn't just do her job — she made me feel like a valued customer. Enterprise Truck Rental is very fortunate to have someone like Fee representing their company. If every employee provided the level of service she does, Enterprise would have the best customer service in the industry. Thank you, Fee, for making my rental experience so easy and enjoyable. You absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding job you do! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I rented a box truck from this Enterprise Truck Rental location, and unfortunately the experience left me extremely disappointed. The joke ended up being on me because, for the first time, we decided not to purchase the Damage Liability Waiver. It certainly felt like that decision made us an easy target. When we returned the truck, Jesse, the branch manager, claimed that we had caused damage to an exterior panel. According to him, that damage also created a crease on the inside of the panel. However, he was unable to provide any clear documentation or photos showing what the panel looked like before we rented the vehicle. Without clear before-and-after evidence, it’s impossible to fairly determine when the damage actually occurred. After speaking with my drivers, both confirmed they were unaware of any incident that would have caused this damage. I called Jesse directly to express my concerns and explained that I felt this situation was being handled unfairly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he responded by telling me he would not continue speaking with me unless I “talked to him like an adult.” I found that response to be rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I had always viewed Enterprise as a company with exceptional customer service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. While our company has a national account and will likely continue using Enterprise as a whole, this particular branch has permanently lost my personal business, my drivers’ business, and any future business from our local operation. I hope Enterprise reviews how situations like this are handled. Customers should not be held responsible for damage without clear evidence, and they certainly deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect when they raise legitimate concerns.
