- BBB is for Bella4 days ago5.0Ricardo at MIA airport was awesome. Let me be honest, Budget is my go to rental place. Enterprise was just convenient this time. The guy at Disney Car Care center put down that the car had a full tank, it did not. I said something and was verbally told by another team member that it didn't matter. When I got to MIA Ricardo asked how things were. I said "everything was good but the gas situation." I was in a rush so didn't plan for anything to happen. Before I could spin myself around he made it right. Thats a level of service that creates loyalty. I travel quite a bit and now enterprise is on my radar. Every location needs a Ricardo!

- MWMel WimberlyJun 8, 20261.0I had thee most horrible experience at this locat. For starters i was about 200 miles away from home when my rental car became unsafe on the road while on vacation. Enterprise sent an uber to me to pick up another car at this location . Not only did the manager “Henry” treat me distasteful, he was very racist and had no regard for my children. He tried to send us off in something like a versus even though i told him i had my family with me on vacation. Not only that i reached out to his bods “Daylin” in which he told me he would make it up to me he didnt. So ifvure not caucasion do not i repest DNR from this or pick up from this location!!!!
