  Absolutely dreadful service. Rented a vehicle, low oil light came on. Asked to switch cars, they said they had no cars like mine, rather than make an arrangement to get one, they told me to drive to the Orlando airport and talk to them. I asked if they could just do a 20 minute oil change. Great idea. Bring it to the Dis ey car care location. No appointment needed! At their location, I parked in one of their spots and went into Mavis. Came out and the parking attendant at Enterprise asked if I was returning. I explained the situation. He asked me to go back to Mavis, get the key, and move my car for them. I said I was on vacation and bringing their car in to get serviced instead of enjoying the vacation with the family. They said they'd move the car. Wow. How kind. I requested a shuttle. Took an hour because rhe Disney World location runs... TWO shuttles. They had me wait outside in the sun on a bench. Lol. How kind. The staff were mindless. In addition to asking me to do their job, they forgot who I was and I had to repeat what I was there for to the same person three times. When I asked about getting me in a car so I could... you know... travel... on my vacation, they said nah, we only got sedans. When I said that was fine, they said nah, just take the shuttle back to the hotel. I wait... ALL DAY... for the oil change... The delay was caused by Enterprise not approving the oil change because they thought it didnt need one. I explained three times that it was a low oil warning, not a change oil flag. Nope. They didnt approve it thinking.. I guess... I was trying to scam an oil change on their own car? I have no clue. Mavis gave up waiting and let me take the car before their shop closed for the day so I would have the car I was paying to rent... despite them still not being approved to invoice Enterprise. A full day of my vacation lost thanks to Enterpruse bungling.

  The worst service ever. Michel the branch manager was lying and not helpful. We had a car for a week and we had battery issue two consecutive days. We had to jump start twice. We called road side assistance and they directed us to this branch for a car swap. We reached there and the ( Manager ) was unhelpful and told us to go to the airport. She claimed no cars are available inspit of having many cars at the back and the front parking lot. Literally the worst service by a a car rental I ever experienced

  Ricardo at MIA airport was awesome. Let me be honest, Budget is my go to rental place. Enterprise was just convenient this time. The guy at Disney Car Care center put down that the car had a full tank, it did not. I said something and was verbally told by another team member that it didn't matter. When I got to MIA Ricardo asked how things were. I said "everything was good but the gas situation." I was in a rush so didn't plan for anything to happen. Before I could spin myself around he made it right. Thats a level of service that creates loyalty. I travel quite a bit and now enterprise is on my radar. Every location needs a Ricardo!

  Enterprise 1000 car care dr. The manager Mel was exceptional. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. There are a lot of car rental companies and i’m glad I chose that location.
