  I had a very frustrating experience related to the rental location and management connected to 1500 Masters Blvd, ChampionsGate, FL 33896. After realizing I left my bag inside the rental car, I immediately returned to the location. Based on the posted hours, it still appeared to be during business hours, yet nobody was available to assist me. The next day, I was told I had arrived after hours, even though I have video and photo records showing when I was there. After mentioning this, I was then informed that the location operates by appointment only, but there was no clear notice explaining that. The only posted instruction was a phone number to call, which redirected me to a Disney location where I could not get any real assistance. I will attach a photo of the sign in the comments. I was later told I would need to pay shipping costs to get my bag back, and that unclaimed belongings may be donated to Goodwill. What disappointed me most was the inconsistent communication and how a simple lost-and-found situation became unnecessarily difficult.

  People here straight up suck, I got called by enteprise they told me to come to this location to change vehicles, listen I did not request a vehicle change, they called me and sent me to this location, and I got here the woman in the reception just turned me around without even talking to me

  Steven got me into a rental when another agency gave me one w bald tires. In and out super quick, thought it would be a hassle.

  Beverly and Taylor were so understanding and accommodating when I had issues with my rental time period mid vacation. Taylor helped me so much and absolutely saved my vacation! Beverly at the front desk was so sweet and understanding as well.

  We went to Enterprise to exchange our car because it had a flat tire. We were told there would be cars available at this location. However, when we arrived and spoke with the manager, Taylor, she said she couldn’t access the system, which seemed unusual for someone in her position. Additionally, she was not very friendly and appeared somewhat irritated during our interaction.
