She came and the car wasn't ready and the only option was to pay more (the new guy working today quickly gave that option) for another car, or wait an additional 20 minutes while they cleaned the car she reserved. They took their time and this review is mainly for the new guy who didn't know what he was doing. He asked if they came from the airport and then said "okay great I'm going to charge you an extra $60 as an airport fee". Never was told that anywhere. And had he not asked, and she wasn't honest he wouldn't have even known. It's almost as though he was trained to figure out how to get more than the $400 they were already getting for a cheap Nissan Altima. This review is solely for the condescending nature of this guy who gloated when he was giving the news that 1-they had to wait or pay more for another car, and 2-a charge for an airport fee for a rental car place not even at the airport. Very disappointing, and I guess emerald club status with enterprise means nothing at this location. That's another joke. Avoid at all costs especially if you're in a rush.

Turns out the branch closes at 2pm on that same Saturday. No warning or heads up. Frustrating to see the vehicle I was most likely going to be using over the weekend just sitting in the lot after paying for an Uber over. C’mon guys.
