  I’m not one to typically leave a review but once again Enterprise came thru for me when I was in a bind. Crystle made the process quick and easy and was very accommodating so thank you!!!

  Be careful they will overcharge you and give you a junk car! I have used enterprise for years. However, I was highly disappointed with them when it came to this rental. I did everything online prior to going to the facility because I wanted it to be quicker. The car they tried to give me air conditioning did not get cold. I tell the associate assisting me. Her reply let the car run for a while. Close the car door. Still the same after some time I requested a new car. The ac works. During the time I’m waiting another associate talking to a Creole speaking customer over the phone. She tells her it’s ok if you don’t put the gas it will only be a charge of $13. She stated to her just bring the car don’t worry about the gas we can take the $13 from your deposit. So why do they want to charge me $47 for gas. Stating the gas is $7 per gallon. Standard fees should go across the board. Especially for used cars that people are dogging out. They gave us a different vehicle and the engine was loud and rough. This is just a warning. Try a different rental company, where they are fare and take care of their cars.
