  I had a great experience at this location. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate during a difficult time, and I truly appreciated the way they treated me. The car was clean, comfortable, and looked great. There was a slight issue with the A/C in the Florida heat, but it recovered quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. The rental process was easy to follow and straightforward—it just required a little patience. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing team at this location for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Maya! She was definitely my favorite and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience from start to finish. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Employees like Maya truly make a difference. Thank you all for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

  Chrystal and Andiana were great to work with. We showed up about an hour early, so our vehicles weren’t ready yet, but while we waited, we got to see how they handled other customers. Even though it was busy, they stayed patient, friendly, and maintained a positive attitude with a good sense of humor, making sure everyone felt taken care of. Once our vehicles were ready, everything went smoothly and didn’t take long at all. Drop off was quick and easy, and Chrystal was just as upbeat and easygoing as she was on day one.

  I rented a car here, the entire process was extremely easy and affordable. The car itself was clean and new. Crystle and Indy both were very helpful, going above & beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the rental. This a great place to rent a car

  My insurance company used Enterprise for me while my car was at the Tesla Collision Center in Orlando. Enterprise provided outstanding service delivering my rental car to me at the Collision Center and allowing me to leave the car there when I picked up my Tesla. This outstanding level of service was very much appreciated. Thank you!
