  I had an issue with the first rental car i received and the issue was fixed quickly and they provided me with another car. Hunter was really helpful and very kind. Juan helped me with the new car they gave me. The whole process was smooth and took no time at all.

  I had an outstanding experience with the Enterprise Rental Car team on Orange Blossom Trail. From the moment I made my reservation, the customer service was exceptional. I received a call almost immediately after booking to confirm everything, another call the day before my rental to let me know my vehicle was ready, and even a follow-up call during my trip to make sure the vehicle was meeting my needs. That level of communication and customer care is rare these days. To top it all off, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a luxury vehicle, which made the trip even more enjoyable and far exceeded my expectations. A special shout-out to Patrick and the entire team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making sure I had a great experience.
