  I always have loved Enterprise. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in need of a rental this is the place. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and friendly

  I called to see if they could pick me up, 1.7 miles away. The lady said she had to ask her manager, then she put me on hold, I waited over 30 minutes then hang up. I took uber there. While I was waiting for service, I heard another employee tell another customer they will pick anyone in 30 minutes or less.
