  Very unprofessional staff. They will leave u waiting with no line or client in sight. Management rude, cold, non helpful, and non accommodating to persons with disabilities. Young light skin dude with curly hair cool though, everyone else rude.

  My experience with Enterprise has been consistently frustrating, and this latest situation only confirms that. I rented a vehicle through my insurance, and instead of receiving something suitable for my needs, I was given a large van that I did not want or need. The very next day, I went back hoping to switch to a sedan, and while they did provide one, it turned out to be a small car with concerning mechanical noises. I’m honestly not confident that the vehicle is even safe to drive. I’ve since called multiple Enterprise locations trying to resolve the issue, but each time I’m told that nothing is available. To make matters worse, I keep getting transferred from one location to another without any real assistance or resolution. It feels like no one is willing or able to help. This is not the first time I’ve had this kind of experience with Enterprise, which makes it even more disappointing. They advertise that you can choose the car you want, but in reality, that has not been my experience at all. The lack of availability, poor customer service, and unreliable vehicles make doing business with Enterprise extremely frustrating.

  It was Keegan's great personality, willingness to help with our bags and drive us to the train station for me! Cordial conversation from beginning to end. Whenever we return to Orlando, and we will, it will be because of his professionalism and persnality. It shines through effortlessly. The convenience, price and vehicle options is nothing to sneeze at either. Go, if you're looking for a worry-free rental experience.

  Thank you to both Shy and Luke for helping my husband and myself with our rental today. Unfortunately, we were in need of Enterprise's services due to an accident that I was in last week. Shy helped my husband get everything we needed, and Luke helped me get into a safe, clean car. I appreciate them both and will gladly refer my family and friends to them!
