  I absolutely enjoyed every minute of driving the cars that I usually get from Enterprise. The staff is always attentive, always friendly and very accommodating. They’re simply the BEST! I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to rent a car.

  I want to take a moment to thank Bernard and the Pine Hills Enterprise team for completely turning my experience with Enterprise around. I picked up a rental last Tuesday from the Kirkman location while my car is being repaired. After that experience, I was honestly ready to take my business elsewhere. However, I needed another rental ASAP, which brought me to the Pine Hills location and I’m so glad it did. I was only at the Pine Hills location for about 20 minutes, but the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable. I watched Bernard and another team member hustle to get customers checked in and into their rentals while still taking the time to communicate with everyone. Bernard stood out in particular. He carried conversations with customers, kept us updated, and made sure we felt taken care of. Even though the vehicle class I originally reserved wasn’t available, he went out of his way to make sure I received a vehicle I was happy with. The contrast between my experience at the Kirkman location and the Pine Hills location was honestly night and day. The Kirkman team seemed slow-moving and lacked the customer-service mentality I expected, while Bernard and the Pine Hills team demonstrated exactly what great customer service should look like. After my previous experience, I was prepared to move on from Enterprise, but Bernard and the Pine Hills team completely changed my mind. Thank you, Bernard, and thank you to the entire Pine Hills Enterprise team for showing me that great customer service still exists! You truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.

  Great customer service Max and shaheim was very attentive and made the process super easy! The other employee who helped me initially was also great too. Look forward to renting with this location again .

  Outstanding experience at this location! I had an issue with a rental car that had a strong smoke odor. Assistant Manager James was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. He quickly resolved the issue by replacing the vehicle with no hassle. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location.

  I had an outstanding experience with the team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on West Colonial Drive. From the moment I arranged my rental until I returned it, the customer service was exceptional. I unexpectedly needed a last-minute ride to pick up my rental, and the driver was right on time, friendly, professional, and courteous. That set the tone for the entire experience. When I arrived, the vehicle I had originally reserved needed to be thoroughly cleaned after it had been returned. Rather than make me wait, the team immediately provided me with another vehicle that honestly felt like an upgrade. I really appreciated how they valued my time and made sure I was taken care of. What impressed me even more was that while I was on my trip in Oklahoma, I received a text letting me know that if I needed anything at all, I could simply reach out. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern for their customers is rare these days. Returning the vehicle was just as pleasant as picking it up. Once again, I was greeted by friendly smiles and outstanding professionalism. Every gentleman I interacted with was courteous, welcoming, and treated me like I was a longtime friend instead of just another customer. You could tell they genuinely enjoy helping people. It’s easy to see why this location stands out. Excellent customer service isn’t just something they talk about—it’s something they consistently deliver. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond. I will absolutely be renting from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience.
