  Rented here a couple of times and everything was good until we had to deal with Eva/Ava ; she acts like she owns Enterprise, is disrespectful and denies renting over NOTHING even though we had history of renting previously WITHOUT ISSUES. Will not recommend renting here while she still works here. She lacks common sense, critical thinking and she needs serious costumer service training. 0/10 service with her. As a business owner, this type of employees only hurt the business; you’re supposed to help costumers, not intentionally create problems for them. Disappointed!

  Go rent from Norm at the Rosen Centre if in Orlando FL. Great service and made it easy!! Orlando International Airport has the easiest return system and really nice people! Our experience was flawless!

  Booked a reservation and received confirmation# for this location and was told there were no cars available upon arrival! NORM was extremely rude and loud in the way he communicated this information to me!! Unprofessional!!

  The car I rented ran out of gas ⛽️ too fast and car needed to be cleaned. It was not clean enough or properly. Bugs were left on the windows. Please do maintenance on your vehicles
