  Long time Enterprise renter of over 15 years. Never experienced such unprofessionalism. Rented a vehicle, returned it in same condition, and was met with a fraudulent damage claim days later, no phone call, no photos, no bill, no proof of anything. Just a blank form demanding my financial information for damage I did not cause. Enterprise’s “Damage Recovery Unit” sent a claim with zero documentation, zero itemized bill, and zero before-and-after inspection records, yet expected me to hand over payment information. I have my own documentation. I will be disputing every penny and filing complaints with every consumer protection agency available to me. I will never rent from Enterprise, Alamo, or National again and neither will my company. There are plenty of competitors who actually value their customers and operate with basic integrity. Do yourself a favor and rent literally anywhere else.

  Orlando International Airport to RSW Fort Myers one way trip. Kurt at the counter was gracious, patient and explained all pertinent information clearly. I was tired after nearly 24 hours travel and layover and he made getting the rental car easy. Chase at the Kiois was patient and understanding explaining the needs of a car I was unfamiliar with. Both men deserve rave reviews. Fridavs was efficient yet very patient, helping with the the return. When I mentioned a minor issue, he immediately wrote the info on the side window insuring it was checked out before it was rented again. I haven't seen this much true customer service in years - All three of these men deserve a RAISE. 5 STARS of each of them and to Enterprise for selecting such employees. You will see me again!

  I went down to the garage to pick up my vehicle, I was intending to rent a Toyota, but was recommended trying the KIA. I was very pleased with my rental, and the fact that it was really good on gas which was highlighted when I picked up the vehicle. Everything went smooth. Upon my return, Levi inspected the vehicle and was very professional addressing my concerns. He was very helpful and I'm really glad that you have good people like Levi working for you. He offered a shuttle back to my hotel, but I was staying at the Airport Hyatt. His instructions were clear and easy to follow to walk back to my room, since I wasn't familiar with the MCO Airport. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience renting from Enterprise. Your people made my renting experience easy, I will rent again with enterprise. J. Cornejo

  I had a very positive experience with enterprise rental car. I landed at MCO airport and checked in via the phone app. When I arrived at the garage, everything was ready and the attendant gave me an option from 10 to 15 cars to choose from. I chose one that had a brighter color that was easier to find in the big parking lot for the event I was attending. I appreciated that instead of a gray, black, or white car As a precaution, I always take photos of the Miner blemishes on the car so there's a timestamp just to verify they are not my issue, but the car was in great condition and the keys were in it. I headed to the exit where the attendant checked my paperwork and I was on my way. The return was just as easy. I pulled in and there were attendance available and ready to take a quick look at the car To confirm there was no damage and the gas tank was full. We unloaded, they emailed my receipt and we were on our way. The staff was very helpful, The car operated as expected. One thing I might recommend is including a sunshade in the rental vehicles.

  This rating is for my years with this franchise at the WESTERN BRANCH CHESAPEAKE LOCATION. By no means is it for the Orlando airport as I'd give them a whopping 2 STARS! Let me start off with, I love enterprise. Maybe I'm partly bias since I've been renting with the WESTERN BRANCH CHESAPEAKE location since 2018 or maybe because they truly treat me like a person, a family member and not a number. I can't speak for everyone but I can say their professionalism is outstanding and their quick response to make things right is always on point. I cannot say the same for the ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT location as they are far from treating you like family. You're lucky if they walk u to your reserved vehicle. And like me, who didn't know what to do at an airport, good luck with figuring out how to pay or leave the garage. They don't give you any guidance. Their conversation with each other is far more important than the customer. It was a horrible experience at the airport but we can't judge for just 1 experience, right. Let's give grace and hope this post gets management involved to better train their staff on proper customer care from start to finish. I can't be the only customer with this experience? Am I? I contribute to saving lives daily so I am very familiar with customer care. These folks at the airport garage need a lesson of true professionalism and the importance of being the first representation of such a great name. Carry on folks!
