  Doing the self check-in online is definitely helpful and will make your wait time for your vehicle must shorter! I literally walked from baggage claim and walked across the street into the parking garage, showed the attendant my check-in receipt and he told me where my vehicle was parked. Took all of 3 minutes from baggage claim to getting in my vehicle. Very friendly service when leaving the parking lot as well. The only reason for 5 stars was for the hint of rudeness from the attendant when I was checking my rental back in. It was 3:45 in the morning, so maybe it had already been a long day, but still... customer service is customer service and when I'm paying the amount of money for a rental car that I did this time around, I would expect some courteous banter as I'm checking in/out. The vehicle I rented was a Chevy Tahoe, I did have an issue with the back seat not being able to be ruturned to it's usable state after being folded down, but I took it right back and was quickly swapped out with one that had a working/folding rear seat without any issues or dfficulties. Signed a new rental agreement and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I am an Enterprise Premium member.

  Great customer service from Enterprise Rent a Car. We hired a car from our recent holiday in Orlando. The app was great for keeping us updated on the car rental. When we collected the car there was someone at the collection point to help us and guide us. The car was in great condition and was so easy to return at the end of our trip. We dropped the car off and there was someone there to scan it back in, checked the car and confirmed with us the final cost which was great as you didn't need to wait till you got home to see if there was any hidden charges. We will definitely use Enterprise again for our car hire.

  When I first arrived at enterprise I was briefly and quickly explained where to select my car. When picking there was only 4 cars to choose from. I picked the one that would be best for my plans. I opened the door and the car had a smell that I couldn’t deal with for a week so I chose the next best option. While trying to get our luggage in the car, Scott came over to help us load our bags. I mentioned to him as a heads up that the original car I picked smelled weird. He apologized and asked if we were satisfied. I said, we are okay with our decision. He went above and beyond and made sure we had a great experience and got us in a better car. He placed all our luggage in the car and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. When exiting the garage, Darius made sure our checkout was seamless. Will always choose enterprise for my rental needs!

  The woman that checked us in at the desk in the Orlando airport was RUde! She was passive aggressive. She spent 2 seconds looking for my reservation. Clearly she didn't find it. She told me it was 1,000 and something. I asked why because my email says it's 5 something. She then blames me for the misunderstanding. Which even if it was. There was no reason to be disrespectful to me. I'm annoyed I allowed this and didn't ask for someone else. But looking at it afterwards she was clearly in the wrong and I said sorry. She still continued to be passive aggressive and laughed and made faces. I was with my son in law. It was a frustrating experience. Left us both in a bad mood. It was stressful. She pressured us into the addition coverage.This isn't my first time renting from enterprise. The people are usually really nice. When we returned the workers in the garage were helpful and pleasant. That is why I'm giving a 3. I was committed to this company. Now I'm just going to go with whoever is cheapest now on. That is the end of my rant. Thank you.
