  When I got to the airport Eunice allowed me to chose my car and gave me great instructions to do so on the way there I ran into Mel also known as Melissa she was very sweet and welcoming and she even offered to put my suitcase in the trunk she as amazing and very helpful and the best customer service I could ask for with very positive energy, I also had a great experience at the gate I totally forgot her name but she had glasses and was very communicative polite and awesome. Everyone was friendly and optimistic. Highly recommend this rental company they are amazing and will make sure you are comfortable and happy with what you desire.

  Just to say a very big thank you to the team at Enterprise Orlando Airport Brooke, Sharka also the exotics team members and supervisors. We had to swap the car more than once due to my mum's mobility and health issues and her large wheelchair. It was really stressful for us, but the enterprise team made things so much easier because they truly went above and beyond to find the right car that was suitable for us to load mum in and out. They turned a stressful (no fault) situation into a comfortable and easy to manage situation. We genuinely cannot thank them enough, we are so so grateful. THANK YOU for being so supportive and understanding!

  When my family got there to pick up our rental car at MCO, the attendant (sorry I forgot his name) was very pleasant and offered us water bottles. They don’t have the Ford Explorer or the Mazda Cx-9 that I preferred. Shout out to Sharka who went all around to look over places for these two cars. Sharka was very polite and apologetic. At the end, Sharka hooked me up with a luxury upgrade. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and the very good service they provided. The same thing with the return of the car; it was smooth and fast with no hassle at all. Thank you Enterprise at MCO for your service. I will definitely book with you again on my next Orlando visit.

  One of the worst rentals I have ever had. I booked a van for our Disney trip. While everyone gathered the luggage, I went to grab the van out of the garage area where Enterprise was located. Pick up was fine. The van however was not. The back left doors did not open so I had to load all the suitcases through the center doors. Some were very heavy. It was late in the day and dark so I thought I was just doing something incorrectly or door had a safety latch. The next morning, I looked and the latch was stuck and only the top would open. Something was bent in the pin. I also discovered that the back seats were unbolted and loose. I noticed someone had previously removed the pins and they were just laying there. This was very dangerous. If we were in an accident, the seats and people in them would have gone flying. I spent 2 hours calling other Enterprise in the area and none were very helpful. I called the airport location which instructed me to call the service department. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with the person who was trying to find me a van to replace. I informed them that I was at Disney and needed to continue on with my trip. He kept asking me to wait. after a long while, I finally told him that I was ignoring everyone and needed to go. He told me that someone would call me back soon. I never received a phone call from anyone and delt with the horrible van the whole trip since we had a booked schedule. I don't understand why no one does a check of the vehicle before it is sent out with a customer. I travel a lot for work and will most likely not call on Enterprise again after this.

  We hired a premium suv for a month. The first car we collected, the ac only worked for around 30 mins on each journey, then completely stopped. The windscreen washers didn’t work. Blind spot monitors didn’t work. We reported the issues and were told to take the vehicle for exchange to marathon key depot, which was closest to us at the time. They refused to swap the vehicle and told us to go to a depot in Miami. We confirmed this with customer relations. We stopped at a depot in Miami, they refused to swap the vehicle meaning we had to do a 6 hour drive back to Orlando with 6 people in a car with no ac, one having a serious heart condition. When we got back to Orlando we took the vehicle back to the airport, they changed the vehicle for us. BUT. This vehicle also had faults. The wipers were either off or on max speed, no in between setting at all. We tolerated this for the remaining 3 weeks. To sum up, customer relations don’t have a clue what they are doing, staff at alternative depots are beyond unhelpful. Cars are poorly maintained to the point of unsafe. I would not recommend at all!!!
