I rented through my insurance due to an unfortunate incident with my personal car. Khalid did an awesome job communicating the terms of the rental and Dan helped me over the phone. A gentleman named Dan provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had since moving to the U.S. He was professional, diligent, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Even though he was the only employee in the office at the time of my arrival, he handled everything quickly without making anyone feel rushed.
