  I had a reservation with my car insurance and I was booked with a suv. I asked the representative whom delivered the suv. I asked if he had a suv a bit bigger than what they delivered which was a jeep cherokkee and he had said if it grow. That was not a professional response to a loyal client. So I asked if I could look to see what type of suv they had available and they had a Chevy Tahoe but that was out of my budget so I said I will just stick to what they had dilvered. They gave it someone else which I just told them I would just stick to what they gave me. So then they made me wait and said they was going to give me another suv but they had to clean it we waited 20 min and they decided to give me another suv which was making noise. I bought it up to their attention and they didn’t say anything. Also with that being said the first car they dilvered the air tire was low they told us to go and put air in it at Wawa gas station. They should in fact taken care all of that and to make sure the clients are safe during traveling. That was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone nor would I do business with you guys again.

  I was involved in an accident and had to get a rental, the employee that assisted me was George, he was patient with me and made sure I got what I wanted.

  Vince and George at the John Long location in Orlando, Fl were amazing! Vince took great care of me in my initial request and George made sure my ended experience was great as well. Will be seeing them in the future when I return to Orlando to visit my brother who just moved there for work.

  Booked a car online, payment reserved. Get there and they have no car available. Okay, except no car available in the entire city of Orlando. So, I guess not the biggest car rental service there is. Okay, you can’t make a car materialize. I said can you pay for an uber a few miles down the street to another rental. Nope. Not even any real consideration. To add insult to injury after this conversation get from enterprise still standing in the parking lot to say there is no car available. And met another person standing there in the exact same situation. To the response: why in the world would I take anymore time out of my day to explain to you how poorly your business is run? You can’t retroactively make a car available and I won’t be using enterprise again, so I don’t want or need anything from you - just warning other people about how terrible the service is.
