  My experience with Enterprise has been consistently frustrating, and this latest situation only confirms that. I rented a vehicle through my insurance, and instead of receiving something suitable for my needs, I was given a large van that I did not want or need. The very next day, I went back hoping to switch to a sedan, and while they did provide one, it turned out to be a small car with concerning mechanical noises. I’m honestly not confident that the vehicle is even safe to drive. I’ve since called multiple Enterprise locations trying to resolve the issue, but each time I’m told that nothing is available. To make matters worse, I keep getting transferred from one location to another without any real assistance or resolution. It feels like no one is willing or able to help. This is not the first time I’ve had this kind of experience with Enterprise, which makes it even more disappointing. They advertise that you can choose the car you want, but in reality, that has not been my experience at all. The lack of availability, poor customer service, and unreliable vehicles make doing business with Enterprise extremely frustrating.

  Overall service was good. Had to call a few times to arrange for someone to pick me up at my workplace, then they were 15 min late from the set time agreed. Only other thing , the first car I rented was not cleaned properly. The windows looked like they were wiped down by a handkerchief, the car had a stale odor and the ac barely worked. I brought it back the next day and they gave me a different car. Only thing wrong with that one was the wipers needed to be replaced as they smeared everytime you used them. I did like the fact I was able to drop the car off at the body shop instead of driving it to Enterprise. They also sent a text so I can directly contact them if needed, that was a good idea.

  Had a great experience- they picked me up, car was fine, they communicated by text which was great. I was also able to drop it off at a different location with no problem!

  We rented a car at Alamo at MCO. The coolant light went on. (You'd think Alamo would check all fluid levels before another person rents a vehicle.) At any rate, we had to call Alamo and they directed us to go to the Enterprise that was closet to our location. Nathan was so helpful, patient and kind. He was able to work with PEP Boys next door and had us up and running in under an hour. Yes, I'm not pleased with having a car that the coolant level was low. But, Nathan could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Thank you, Nathan.
