  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is my go-to whenever I need a rental because they make the whole process easy, efficient, and stress-free from pickup to return. My recent rental experience was another great reminder of why I keep coming back. Bernard helped me and selected the perfect small SUV I was hoping for. He also took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and carefully noted everything I pointed out, even though the dents and scratches were very minimal. When I noticed tiny black spots on a few parts of the car, he made sure those were documented too. I really appreciate that level of transparency and attention to detail. Enterprise is always clear about their fees, deposits, insurance options, and return policies, which makes renting with them feel simple and dependable. I love renting from Enterprise and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable vehicle and customer service they can count on.

  I’ve rented from several enterprise locations, including the airport in East colonial, and this location is by far one of my favorites. The biggest reason is the customer service. Cameron and his team consistently do their best to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating. This location is close to my home, which is already convenient, but the staff is what makes me continue coming back. I’ve had a smooth Rental experience here with a clean, reliable vehicles, and no major concerns. Most recently, I needed a vehicle early in the morning so I can handle business for the day, and the team helped make that happen. When you’re already dealing with the stress of insurance claim, having a local rental team that tries to take care of you matters. This enterprise may be smaller, but Cameron and his team make it feel dependable, personal, and worth returning to.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise during my recent rental. My vehicle was in the shop for repairs, and I used the rental for about two weeks. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff provided excellent customer service. The vehicle I received was clean, reliable, and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would gladly rent from Enterprise again in the future.
