  Friendly staff, good customer service. Only one person taken care of at a time it seems, so you may be waiting to get your car. Just 20 mins or so. 1 star off is because the entrance is not clear. They could use a sign right where you're supposed to turn, big letters or arrow. It's so easy to miss and then have to go around the block and to the night again. At the next street there's a turn that leads to the Enterprise parking lot (passed another business) but it's fenced and has garbage cans blocking the gate. That could be an awesome alternative way to access them off of RT 50. Or, make a path through the back side on that back street. Both could be locked up at night. Just a thought.

  If you rent a vehicle, this is the place to go! I have rented from Hertz & Budget, but ENTERPRISE is the very best! I went to their 10656 E Colonial Drive location in Orlando, FL and was met with the utmost BEST service of all time! The manager DeAngilo opened the door for me, like a gentleman, and greeted me with respect and a smile. The other employees there were chucking it up with the customers while still taking care of business. They were smooth, fast, and efficient. I also have to mention that they have a large choice of vehicles available. The vehicle they gave me had so many nice features, I didn't want to return it...but when I did , I was met on the lot by the sweetest intern; Jolie (as she says, "Like Angelina") LOL DeAngilo also came outside to greet me and they both asked about my rental experience. I'm telling you, this is a real team and they are there for their customers. Enterprise has my rental for life!

  Andrew at enterprise made my rental experience incredibly smooth from start to finish. He was friendly professional, and had everything ready to go when I arrived, Which made the pick up quick and stress-free. I really stood out with his follow up the day after I returned the vehicle. He took the time to check in and make sure everything went well. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Andrew if I ever need a rental, I will definitely come straight to you.

  This was one of the worst locations I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service, The staff showed no sense of care or professionalism, The employee didn’t even provide his name was rude and used inappropriate language. He even told me to wait for him at the front door but instead of helping he got into his car and drove away

  Giving 4 stars. I would give five, but unfortunately I was charged for an optional coverage that I don't recall being told about. I made sure to tell the Front Desk Employee that I just wanted the daily rate that Carl Black had arranged with them and nothing else because I was in an unexpected situation for needing a rental car in the first place. I've let Carl Black staff know and warned them about sending anymore of their customers to this location. Furthermore, at checkout days later, when I learned about the additional charges, I thought it over (30 minutes) and decided to call back and dispute it. I was told by Alex that she would let the Manager know and that I would be called back today (4/23). I was never called back. But I also don't know if Alex ever gave the message? Again, my fault for not double checking in the midst of my distress of needing to rent a car in the first place (My car unexpectedly broke down). I'm not going to say that I was taken advantage of. But I'm not going to say that I Wasn't taken advantage of either. Bottom line: Read before you sign with this place. Because the fine print can be a little sneaky. The vehicle I was given (didn't have a choice of which vehicle I wanted - that's another issue), was an enjoyable drive and the return process was smooth. I won't rent from this location again.
