  Flawless experience. There was one person in front of me and I was still In and out within 15 min. The car was available and ready to go. Keagan was knowledgeable and extremely personable. It was the best pricing throughout Priceline, Avis, Expedia, budget, sixt, and Turo. This was my first time needing a rental so I wasn’t familiar with the process. I used my personal, full coverage insurance, provided my credit card and a $500 deposit was authorized. I had to extend 2 extra days so I was able to complete the extension over the phone. Check out was also quick about 10 min. I booked another vehicle for the holiday weekend and I’m looking forward to the experience.

  Manager has no idea what he’s doing and employees here have absolutely no idea what actual enterprise policies are. Go anywhere else before considering coming here. Very rude customer service as well.

  We had a really great experience when we hired a vehicle from enterprise East colonial drive in downtown Orlando . Right from the moment we picked up the vehicle to returning it and also they were really nice staff too.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Keegan leads by example his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it shows in how well his team operates. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and eager to help, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. What really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to listen, made sure all my needs were met, and ensured I left completely satisfied.
