  We dropped off our 2021 Entegra Cornerstone on Monday bc the dash AC was not working. We also needed an oil change before our next trip. Ethan took good care of us and was prepared to contact our extended warranty company if needed. It was ready for pick up on Wednesday. They replaced two "O" rings at the compressor that were crushed and leaking freon. We are running cold again and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. They even wrote the date and the mileage on the oil filter when they serviced it... something my contractor husband appreciates. Thank you Ethan for the awesome customer service. We are ready to roll again.

  Just wanted to drop a note and call out the wonderful customer experience I had working with Chris Rider in the service department. I had an Onan Generator repair that required some major work, and Chris acted as my liason in dealing with the third party warranty company. He kept me updated every step of the way, and communicated promptly and thoroughly throughout. Because of his thoroughness, the warranty company had no issue in covering the repair, which was great. I can't say enough good things about the job that Chris did for me, and Chris thank you again. The combination of Chris, and also Ethan Fine, who I dealt with the last time around, make this service department one of the best I've ever dealt with. Thanks again guys.

  On June 23 4:30 pm the Rep from International Dealer in Jacksonville Fl called the Cummins Dealer in Orlando about some parts that I was looking for. The Rep was EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHORT PATIENT with the Jax Rep (was complaining about his nasty attitude) for no reason at all. My daughter who lives in Orlando went to the Cummins Dealership to pick up the parts she immediately said to me me mom this guy (African American Dreads) is just rude. So she put me on speaker phone so that I could hear. He was huffing, puffing and sighing!!! I excused the rudeness the first time and laughed it off with the Jax Rep but the second time in the same day isn’t excusable!!!! I feel there is no excuse to being rude especially when you’re dealing with customers who give you a job! There was no excuse for his actions and I am 100% sure I’m not the first to feel/complain and will not be the last. Advice treat others the way you want to be treated. Deal with your problems and don’t lash out on others..
