I don’t see any reason to go for a big car rental place when Carls puts time and effort into making sure you are taken care of. We got overbooked at a different car rental place and went here, it was the best thing to happen.

After our reservation at Action Car rentals cancelled through NURentals was cancelled by the company on us with less than 24 hours notice Carl's came through, Heather at Carl's was eager to help us and even held the last remaining van they had left to rent for me while I called a couple other places to see if they had something a little smaller than a 15 pass van, all Carl's had left, it's great that all that Carl's had left was a 15 passenger van as it worked out perfectly for the 7 of us, everything went seamlessly rent from Carl's and customer service was superb, great job Carl's
